I have orders that I placed last week and the shipping dates just keep getting pushed back daily. I have been told multiple times that the phones are in stock and ready to be shipped, but one order says there is a delay in shipping and no one can tell me what that means. This is very frustrating. I’m a new customer and just ready to cancel and go to verizon. Who can I contact to get a real ship date and explanation?
