I refill 2 times but it not active.

My plan is outdated so I click button "REFILL" on web. First time it said some thing like "error, check against your information". I tried again, and it send me a notice too. But when I checked my bankin, it was charged 2 times. Who can explain that to m? I so confused

Oh no, @magenta7315276​! We definitely need to get this handled as you shouldn't have been double charged. Have you had the chance to  Community-2153 yet? You'll need to work with the Refill Center in order to get your payments straightened out. If for some reason you don't have an active connection, you can also work with T-Force via Facebook or Twitter.
