I want to pay off my phones

Log into MyT-Mobile

Click billing tab

Scroll down until you see equipment Installment Plans(EIP), and click that.

Then click which EIP you want to pay off and the rest is self explanatory.

You can also call in to pay them off.

after you log in there is no billing tab? Help ? can someone update this, website must have changed since the last post

I believe the website has been updated since then I myself am trying to find the information.

New steps as of July 2021:

1. Click on Bill & Pay

2. Scroll down to and click on Equipment

You should now see any devices that have amounts owing.

This doesnt work. All I can see is how much I owe. I cant pay it off at all

Are you on a promo with bill credits?

Go to Bill & Pay

Click on the phone you want to pay off.

Click Make Payment, then change the amount to “Pay in full”
