I was scheduled to pay in full on October 3 2022. It is Sept 30 2022 and they have disconnected my phone.

I was called without my asking by a representative who had heard my plight and gave me until October 3 to pay the full amount I owe.  It is September 30 and my phone service has been unexpectedly cut.  They lied to me.  What do I do?
