If I have an account how do I order a phone

Online seems to be an endless loop of pick phone ask to be logged in, log in and then get sent to my account page. Won’t go into the cart. After logging in if I pick a phone it then asks me to log in again and then sends me to the account page again. Tried from a couple different browsers and the phone.


Tried calling customer service but using them adds a fee to the purchase near as I can tell.

Which browser are you using?  Are you also using any pop-up and or ad blockers?  Edge and FireFox seem to be the most friendly browsers with T-Mobile’s website.
