I have ben charged 5 dollars per minute on conversations between US and Brazil. When I purchased this plan, I was advised to purchase Magenta Plus for this type of international calls. T-Mobile went in my account and overcharged me. I called customer service, and I was told I don’t have that plan, which has been used for 1 year.
Hi, for the non-profit I work for, last Friday evening I was trying to activate three of several t-mobile prepaid sim cards. I obtained all of them from the same source. I’ve successfully activated and are using some of them in zebra tc26 mobile phones for seasonal use. however for three of the sim cards the web portal was generally acting up on me friday night, the first time I entered each of the sim cards here: https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/bring-your-own-device?allowEdit=true the website would say the sim cards are valid and to continue with the signup process. then on another screen in the signup process the website would start acting up and I had to reload the website and start over. when I went to try to use the sim cards again the website would say “Sorry, that SIM card is Reserved. Please try that SIM again in 2 hours or contact T-Mobile or visit your local T-Mobile store for a new SIM card.” I called T-mobile prepaid support Saturday afternoon that they weren’t that help
Hello I wanted to know if there was an email I can send to someone in the corporate office so I can communicate an issue that I recently had. I purchased last June 2021 a brand new S21 plus 5g and 10 months into the use of the phone the screen went completely black and come to find out it was not repairable and I was told at a T mobile store to contact Samsung for the warranty replacement. When I called the Samsung warranty dept. They (Samsung) said they would replace the phone and not only that, for the inconvenience, they were going to upgrade me to a new S22. I accepted the offer but to my surprise the rep for Samsung said I would have to pay for this to take place. Mind you at this point I am confused as to why I would have to pay out of pocket since this is under 1yr warranty. Come to find out later down the road the rep put me down as if I was calling to do an upgrade. He sold me the idea so he can get the sale fro me. I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and have been on the "jump" program. With that said, upgrade my device or replace my device if it's broken. I ordered a replacement for a cracked screen on my note 10 in October I got the device later that month. I sent the device back within the time frame asked. Because I'm a flight attendant, I couldn't go to tmovle or the postal office in person, so I sent it from the hotel in Washington. It's a locked box so no one other than the postal office could have access to it. I kept calling t-mobile and assurant in regards to the missing phone. They said no tracking information has been processed, and that they were investigating the wearabouts of the phone. In this case it could be an issue with the postal office because it shows it arrived the distribution center in April 25th and assurant got it the 27th. However, they said the package was empty. I am in the process of investigating because where has this package been all these months ? How did

Frustrated as hell. Need to get my Samsung phone unlocked from T-mobile network Moving overseas. All I get is run around, try unlock app (not available on my phone) we will have tech call you ... etc, etc. Can anyone out there take care of this? I have been trying for 3 days … nobody has helped in any way.
I’m confused by how essential plans are charged. Called the customer service but the lady just tried to get over with the call, so I’m posting question on here instead.So I thought the plan is $90 for 3 lines (buy 2 lines & 3rd line free according to the attached screenshot), then plus the taxes & fees (about $15), the total should be something around $90 (3 lines) + $15 (taxes & fees) = $105.But I got charged $120 each month instead. I looked at the billing details (see attached screenshot), looks like only 2 lines are included with the 3rd line charged extra $15.So the total becomes: $90 (2 lines) + $15 (3rd line) + $15 (taxes & fees) = $120So my questions are:Is the 3rd line really free? If it is free, then why is mine charged $15 extra? If it is not free, then why is the web said such so? My Samsung s20fe was shattered and I could not use it. I put my Sim card in a devixe I borrowed from a friend and I filed a claim on my s20fe. My claim was denied and it said " device not covered " so I contacted assurant they told me that I had to contact tmobile cause this was on their end. So I contacted tmobiles experts and they apologized and said that my it was their fault and my device was infact covered. Told me to file another claim when I tried it wouldn't let me and denied me again when I did file. Tmobile now says there is nothing that they can do because it's been over 90 days so I'm stuck paying on a phone that I don't even have and they will not send me a replacement. It happened in the beginning of December 2021 and it's now May 28 2022 still paying for the phone every month and the insurance... its ridiculous has anyone else had this kind of problem??
I have been going back and forth with T-Mobile an Assurant for days now. I established 360 protection on May 11th by taking my iPhone 11 Pro Max into the local store for them to verify before insured. On May 25the the phone was lost and I filed a claim. During the filing process it was not showing my iPhone, it was only listing a Motorola phone. I called Assurant and said I had never owned a Motorola phone, he said “oh, is it the iphone11 Pro Max?”. I said yes and thought all was fine. No, they denied the claim for an iPhone saying I had a Motorola. About this time I realized that I had put my SIM card in a friends phone to get a phone number because my phone was dead and it was urgent I made this call. Turns out my friends phone was the Motorola. T-Mobile took it upon themselves to change the device on my account from the iPhone to the Motorola. I have talked to a T-Mobile store manager who said this has happened and to call customer service, they can resolve. I have called
I am writing this to bring light to something I haven't seen being discussed and that I haven't received any resopution for. My issue is with Sprints "Flex Lease". The options for the Flex lease that I agreed to and as listed in my contracts are:- All options are for after you pay 18mo payments*1. Pay remaining "purchase amount" once 18mo is up which typically is the amount of 6 more payments in one lump sum to "own" the device.2. Pay the purchase amount after the 18mo is up but pay it by making 6 more monthly payments to own device.3. Trade in the device and get another one (i.e. upgrade.)4. Trade in device and cancel the line.5. Do nothing and continue to pay a "lease charge" which is basically a full monthly device payment (no credits or promotional prices you might have paid for the 18mo) of which none of this goes towards purchasing/owning the phone. Once my leases were up on two of my lines, I went to select the 6 monthly payments to ownthe device as my contract stipulates. Howev

How do I delete data from my e-mail if the error message keeps popping up saying “ Cannot connect to the server, try again later.” I have deleted messages sent, drafts VIP but I still can’t connect to send and receive e-mail messages. listen all you Americans people in the USA T-mobile has closed over 22 call centers in the USA and gave the Philippines all those contracts and ever since then all calls are routed to the Philippines and the worst part is they are clueless in everything we ask more than 10 times over and over again i’ve got over 95 calls and not 1 idiot Pilipino understands why am i paying for idiots that can’t even speak plain English I suggest everyone boycott T-Mobile and bring back those jobs back to the USA.
