T mobile Store has done a erroneous transaction on my Credit Card due to some system Error. Due to this my Credit card is wrongly charged. I already asked my bank about this but they say that T mobile only can cancel the transaction. When i asked the Store about this, they are saying that they do not have record of this transaction on my account & they cannot help. Even T mobile customer care is not willing to help on this. How this transaction can be reversed?
I have a postpaid account which is working fine and I can manage my postpaid phone lines just fine. However, I also had to create a separate account with a separate email address to manage a prepaid phone for an elderly relative.Immediately after I log in to my prepaid account (email address ending in @gmail.com), it asks me to answer security questions, to which I no longer remember the answers. I probably entered random answers when I first set them up, because I never forget my password (I use LastPass). In fact my password is still working just fine, so I don't even understand why it's asking me to verify security questions after I have successfully logged in?I thought security questions were used only when you forget your password (which again, I never do). There is no other verification method offered on the Security Questions screen. How do I get past these security questions if I don't know the answers, but do know my password?
I got my OnePlus 7 pro in the US on a prepaid plan in June of 2019 and was told that if I wanted to sim unlock it I'd either have to pay $100 or wait a year, so I waited a year and now not only does it say I'm not eligible for the permanent unlock but it seems like my t-mobile account as a whole has been deactivated - I can't get my phone number, can't log in to the app and since I'm in South Africa I can't contact anyone from T-Mobile for assistance - Could someone please help me unlock my phone?
Has anyone done this? Ported from The Number Barn to T-Mobile?I have a Verizon number currently which I'd like to park with The Number Barn. In 6 months when I'm done traveling abroad, I'd like the number to be ported to T-Mobile. I've been warned (by The Number Barn) that once numbers go to The Number Barn, they become "wireline" numbers and "some carriers" will have restrictions or issues about porting these type of classified numbers.Called T-Mobile's porting team and asked the same question. They were VERY confused / not helpful.

Here's the situation. I had the one plus promo (2x$100). Then I added on my 'free' line a couple weeks ago during that promo. I gave the free line to my mother and she ported in her number from verizon.Turns out she doesn't like tmobile because of the areas she frequents. So she wants to move to another carrier. My question: How do I get her number ported out without cancelling my free line?
I'm a prepaid customer currently on a Simple Choice Mobile Internet plan. I used to have the option to switch between Mobile Internet plans and the $3/mo PayGo plan via the account self-serve portal, including for most of this year.I noticed within the past month or so that PayGo no longer appears as an available plan to switch to in the self-serve portal. I got curious if the plan was even available anymore, so I checked out the T-Mobile Prepaid monthly plans page, and noticed that the section that describes the features of the PayGo plan now link out to a PayGo plan being offered by "Ultra Mobile".So is the PayGo plan no longer part of the immediate T-Mobile umbrella? Does this mean I need to port my number out of T-Mobile to use the PayGo plan now?
Hello All,I'm currently on the $40 a month 10GB Simply Prepaid plan, but am currently looking at switching to the new $15 a month 2GB Connect plan. I'm currently a week into the 30 day billing cycle, and I'm wondering what would happen to the additional $25 if I were to switch prepaid plans right now. Would I get any prorated refund/credit for the approximately three weeks that I have already paid for the higher tier plan, or would I just lose that amount (therefore making switching near the end of my billing cycle more sensible)?
I see that DIGITS was just released, but haven't seen any information about using landlines with it. Is it possible for me to purchase a land line phone, connected through my router like a VOIP phone, and use my digits phone number? I know it's possible with google, but wasn't sure of the process with this new T-Mobile feature. Thanks!
My father is suffering from dementia. He has T-mobile. In the past 60 days, he has received robo-calls and unsolicited calls from people asking for money. He has given them what they ask for. Most recently he fell for the compromised social security number scam and sent people in California $600 to fix the problem and issue him a new SSN. These calls are becoming more and more frequent and more and more frustrating for the rest of us, to include more and more costly! He has a flip phone, as he cant do a smart phone. Is there a setting in the account associated with his number that we can fix it to where he only recieves calls from known numbers, like just those in his contact list?I understand we can *67 each number but would still have to get to the phone before he does when it rings. What are some of our options to protect him/us?
I have 4 lines on a grandfathered Simple Choice North America 10GB plan. What happens if I remove a line?
It's been so long since we first signed up with this plan but from what I remember, we had to have at least 4 lines to get the pricing that we did. It's currently 4 lines for $120 (around $145 after taxes and fees). I personally am now looking to leave my family's plan and switch to my husband's plan but I'd like to know if my leaving would cause issues with my family keeping the grandfathered plan. I have seen that customers can still add lines to grandfathered plans but I don't know what happens when you remove a line.I plan on going to a physical store to talk with a representative but I also would like to get some information here. Thanks!
Hello, I currently have a LG G4 and I've been planning on upgrading to an iPhone 8 Plus. My question is that do I need my primary account holder, since it's not me, to help me upgrade by providing information about our plan and phone or can I just walk in to a T-Mobile store and do it myself?
