Post office is not accepting the FIRST-CLASS mail labels. They stated that the label needs to state GROUND.I’ve been given the run-around with the store and the 1800 support line with. The people on the support line are useless regarding this. They just make up things and tell you to do them. For instance, “the label you print that states USPS isn’t for the post office but for the store.. Take the phone to the store”
Hi,15 years with t-mobile. About 4 months ago added lines under my family plan and all the problem started! Billing all screwed up! Every time happens I have to deal with this! Last 4 months I have been calling and issues arent fix! Please help or at least tell me if you cant fix so I can move on to a different company!
My father got me a phone years ago. But due to me being a child and my father an adult I wasn't aware of the agreement he had in place but long story short the lady ups and leaves and I'm stuck using the phone on only wifi. Now that I'm older could I just pay off the phone and switch it to a new service provider? This is a sprint device and from what I cant tell it was a sprint account
I recently needed a third line, so decided to move to postpaid, $130 for the 3 lines. I also was offered the Netflix on US promotion, which should add $11 or so to the account. Big was my surprise when this month the account went up almost $25. And of course, calling to the Help line is a test to your patience, as nobody ever answers (unless you have 15 minutes to spare waiting on hold). Anybody having the same issue? I know the amount is not that bad (14 extra dolars a month won’t bankrupt anybody), but is the fact of offering a price and then adding ludicrous fees on top the one that really pisses me off.

I had Sprint for about 15 years. I didn’t think there could ever be worse customer service than Sprint. Then it was switched over to T-Mobile and you guys win! What a great picture but you guys suck. I set up a payment plan and when the first payment was due, I got a notice that said the payment didn’t go through. Ok. So then I try to manually enter a payment. I get a message that the original payment is being processed. Ok. I try to chat with customer service because I do not want to pay twice. I’m funny that way, I like my money. After a half hour on the chat whoever I was talking to only got as far as asking me when the original payment was scheduled for. Then this morning I wake up to a message that my payment is now late. Like I said, you guys suck and I am shopping for a new carrier. I have been using my personal phone for business and am getting ready to set up a business account to keep them separated. Guess which carrier I’m NOT gonna use for that?
Hi, I noticed that mobile hotspots don’t receive texts for verification, as such it becomes impossible to set up a T-Mobile ID and verify it. This results in late fees and difficulties paying the initial bill or setting up automatic payments. Any chance you’d like to refund the late fees and rescind any negative credit reports? This is due to a lack of foresight from your website techs, not any kind of dishonesty or infidelity on the part of the customers.
I have a TP Link for my old Spectrum connection. It includes an extender to place in the home for extended wifi connection. This is not a big place and the new T-Mobile router works great in one place for my devices but it I move it 12 feet away I no longer have any internet service to my devices in the hallway bedrooms. Can I add any type of equipment to the T-Mobile Router to enhance connectivity in the home?I can’t imagine how this router works in a large home with 2 floors.
Employees from tmobile, if you need assistance with these illegal measures go to THE HEALTHY AMERICAN on YouTube and the website. Or search Peggy Hall. I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER SUPPORT ILLEGAL MASK, INJECTION, TESTING MEASURES. SUCH a shame Sprint merged with T mobile.
Does anyone else absolutely hate how you try to contact customer/tech support to get your phone service fixed because you’re unable to use your phone at all unless connected to wifi and they just keep beating around the bush because they don’t want to truly help you or give you a refund for your services that you have been paying for but not receiving? Or how about losing a job and not being able to complete phone interviews because your phone keeps disconnecting or won’t make the call out? They love to sound like they empathize with you, but truly they don’t want to help.
