How to stop constant text scrolling in upper left of screen?

On my iPhone 8, in the upper left of the screen, between the bars and the wi-fi symbols, the words T-Mobile Wi-Fi scroll constantly. It's distracting!I waited over 90 minutes in chat support for the agent to tell me to turn the wi-fi off, which is like telling me to treat my foot pain by cutting off my foot. It solves the problem, sure, but is not an optimal solution. Then I was asked to call Support, who told me to do a "master reset" of my phone. I don't see how that would help.How do I make it stop?Here's a screen recording. Keep your eye on the upper left:VIDEO

Family mode - sure looks just like "Circle", except T-Mobile get to suck another $10 a month from us?

The pictures of "T Mobile Family Mode" look exactly like "Circle" (http://www.meetcircle.com) . Except we are charged $10 a month by T-Mobile. What is the difference?

How should an account be billed on military suspend?

Please reference the following document:Account suspensions Please review this document for accuracy. I've been a customer for about a year an a half and have had lines on military suspend and those lines have not been billed. Customer Care and Corporate seem to be divided on how I should be billed. Some believe that per policy, lines on military suspend should not be charged taxes and fees and others believe I should be charged as normal (which defeats the purpose). From my experience, "Add A Lines" on military suspend ARE NOT billed. Lines that ARE a part of PROMOTIONAL rate plans ARE billed the normal monthly amount. For example, Unlimited Everything 2 Lines for $100, both the primary and secondary line would be billed if on military suspend but any $40 Add A Line would not. The article does imply that the above statement is true but it does not clearly state that: Monthly recurring charges: While on a military suspend, there are no monthly recurring charges, taxes, or suspend fees;

Able to transfer plan from US to Europe?

Hey Community - I am temporarily going to the Netherlands and currently have a T-mobile plan, including monthly payment of my phone. There is a T-mobile in the Netherlands. Is it possible to transfer my plan over to the T-mobile branch in The Netherlands? I will be there for a period of 6 months, depending on the how our new era will look like. Way way too slow Data Speed, can't even streaming Apple Music

My address is xxxxxxxxxxx, 90010. I've been complaining that i get really slow data speed with 1 or 2 bars most of the time. I can't even streaming Pandora or Apple music. I can sometimes watch Youtube with144p Lowest picture quality. if i try 240p or 360p, then it starts buffer like crazy. I asked this to a Tmobile Rep before, then she told me i should switch to a different carrier. I guess i should do that. tmobile can't keep up with other carriers i believe. All of my other colleagues who uses Verizon have the fastest data speed of around 10 to 20 mbps. Sprint and AT&T get about 5 to 10 mbps. and guess what? my T-mobile gets , i don't know because, i can't even run a speedtest since the data speed is too slow to test. must be less than .50 mpbs. Many times i can't even open webpages. I use Iphone 11 pro and Samsung note 8. they both have the same problem. I am seriously thinking about switching to a different carrier. There's nothing you can do about this?

Prepaid taxes

I started with T-Mobile prepaid back in July of last year. To refill online it cost me $.75 each time. I don’t know if that was a tax or a fee but I paid it. Starting this month however it is charging me $3.55 to refill which is a lot more. I called T-Mobile and the customer service rep can’t tell me why. She said it has to do with local state and city taxes but I told her we have no state and city taxes in New Hampshire. She could not help me. Does anyone know what these fees are? If I bought prepaid cards is that a way to avoid them?thank you
