So this is a lengthy story and I will try to keep it short and sweet. So i ordered a pair of Samsung Live ear buds on July 11th, down payment made the same day and shipment notification was sent to me on the 12th with an anticipated delivery date of July 14th, I tracked it on the 13th and I thought it was strange that it was stuck in NJ and I was supposed to receive the item the next day ( i am in central PA) so I called T-Mobile and they said don't worry it will be delivered when it said it would but we will also be monitoring this for you as well. So 14th came and went and on the 16th I again called T-Mobile and the gentlemen I spoke with 3 way called USPS and they said they were waiting for UPS to transfer them to them. He then said he would submit a request to have the insurance pay the buds off and he will reship me a pair overnight so I would have them the next day and he would call to follow up with me, next day came and nothing was delivered so again I called T-Mobile and this
I just switched over to T-mobile 8 days ago. I signed up for Magenta Max which I was led to believe was going to be $155 for 3 lines. The service agreement that I signed shows that for 3 phones my charge was going to be $150. My bill indicates that I am being charged 185 - $15 auto payment discount to bring it to $170. On the t-mobile website it advertises $47/line (pricing for 3 lines with Auto Pay, with 3rd line free $140/mo - taxes and fees included. Can someone explain?
I am trying to use my active sim from a T-mobile device (TabS6) in my old, unlocked Note8.When calling out from the Note 8 or TO the Note8 I get the same error message:” The service you are trying to use has been restricted or is unavailable, message FL20065.”I am pretty sure the SIM card is still tied to my Tab S6. But I have not been successful in finding info on how to get the SIM to recognize the new IMEI Device. Any ideas? It is really annoying to have to go to the T-mobile store to have THEM get on the internet and change something I should be able to do on my own account!
I have a question about FA. My daughter has a line with her own number. It is a family account. I have Family Allowance enable on her line. Limit Device Access- The boxes are checked M-F 9-11pm and 11-6am and S-S same time.Minutes- Uncheck No AllowanceMessages- Uncheck No AllowanceUnless I am missing something this should cut off any data communication on this line regardless if she is on a call or actively texting someone. How quickly does the block take effect? I would like to completely cut off any data communication at a specific time and it takes immediate effect.
Not a T-Mobile customer, yet getting unblockable spam SMS messages sent from email addresses to tmomail.net
Hello, I am a Boost Mobile customer and I am getting spam messages sent to my phone from email addresses.First, I noticed these messages are unblockable. (expletives Expletives EXPLETIVES!!!)Then, while researching how to block these messages, I found out they’re being sent to [my number]@tmomail.net , which is T-Mobile’s service.I have no idea how I am getting these messages despite not being a T-Mobile customer. (Maybe the recent merger with Boost?)But I definitely want them completely 100% disabled. I obviously can’t log in to a T-Mobile account I don’t have to disable the tmomail email to SMS feature, so I need help with this. Can a customer service rep please help me to fix my problem, and also report it everywhere it needs to be in order for this issue to be fixed? This is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be stopped.
I received a new Mifi M2000 device. Now my Outlook will not stay connected. My IT team at my company have tried to trouble shoot the issue, have given me a new Surface Pro to try and still the same. Outlook will not connect. I can connect to the Internet, but not Outlook.
We have a certain number blocked on our phones in our family. However, in looking at our phone bills and usage records online, that number shows up as an incoming text (only) on a couple of isolated occasions. Person whose phone line it’s under swears they’ve never ever unblocked such number, still have it blocked and have never received/seen any texts but can’t explain why it’s showing up. Any plausible explanations to this? Is it really possible that incoming texts or calls from blocked numbers are not really received/delivered and yet show up on usage records? Or the only way that the texts/calls will show up in the usage log is if the number was unblocked?
Hello everyone! The year is 2021 and guess what? We still have the same promo issues stated by many others in different postings!!! We signed up for the T-Mobile promotional offer for the 4 lines at $120 (3rd and 4th free) over 4-5 years ago. Mind you we wouldn’t have made the switch if it weren’t for this offer. I wasn’t an adult at the time so my parents handled all the billing information and details. Now that I’m an adult, finance major to add to it, I took it upon myself to check out the details of our plan and wouldn’t you be surprised…… My parents had thought they’ve been paying off equipment this whole time but the reality of the situation is we’ve been getting over charged on our plan. The charge on our plan is $155.31 after $40 of discounts this excludes the 360 coverage service charge we take on for 4 lines ($63 to be exact) leaving us with a monthly total of $218.31 for four lines on an old T-Mobile One TE plan….. This is ridiculous. Only T-Mobile knows how long we’ve been
Hello all. Don’t drop your current ISP just yet for t-mobile.We recently switched carriers to tm-mobile. Upon doing so I quickly discovered a great deal of the internet no longer exists. That is to say; that the t-mobile DNS can’t find it. I’ve been in the DNS business since DNS was handled by emailing host tables to one-another. That’s the way it was initially accomplished until a formal DNS was created back in the 20th century. So I’ve got good history and knowledge in this area. I haven’t yet determined exactly where in the resolution process t-mobile fails. It appears to be their DNS. I say this, because it’s also possible their BGP is borked. But thus far, without any filtering on our end. t-mobile is unable to discover between 1/8 to ¼ of the internet. We do not experience this problem if we turn off 5G/4G LTE, and turn on WiFi through our ISP.You’ve been warned!
So when I opened my account I signed up for the first responder account, I opened two lines and I asked about getting a third one free, the rep that helped me out should of known that I was not eligible for the third line for free on the first responder line, She told me I was eligible for it and that even if I did not use the line in I could sit on it till I could use it. So I give the line to a family member. When I noticed my bill that I was being charged for that third line I contacted tmobile and they told me I was not eligible for that free line and that I would need to cancel or keep and pay for it, I don't like being yanked around first it was free and now it not. Has someone else had the same problem?
Can I use a $100 T-Mobile Prepaid refill card on my T-Mobile Connect UNL Talk & Text w/ 2.5GB Data prepaid account and not have the card’s value expire in 90 days or less? My understanding is a $100 card does not expire before 365 days.I wanted to apply the $100 to my acount and each month T-Mobile will deduct the monthly charge from that account.Would that work?
I have a Tmobile account with a prepaid line. I recently added a second prepaid line through the “Manage Profile \ Create another account” option. In the my “Profile Information” link it shows my primary number and the newly linked number that I just activated. Now, when I login to my TMO account, all I see are the details on the new line? I cant figure out how to see any account details on my original/primary line. Please Help!
I’ve only been a customer for a few months but it’s been complete hell for me since day one, and therefore, also complete hell for them the whole time. I think at this point we’re all just counting the days until I say and leave. I contact them a lot, because they every single thing that they do, so I have to fix it. I know how they work, inside and out, in such great detail - I decided I wanted to help other people who maybe haven’t figured out how to “win” (or at least “lose” less often?) against them. I was surprised that on a public message board my responses all had to be preapproved by t-mobile before being posted? That’s an interesting way to run a forum that is intended as a place for free discussion amongst peers… This is my first day on here. I have gone out of my way not to directly say anything that T-Mobile could ever call liable or even legitimately take issue with. I have freely expressed how incredibly terrible, disappointing, flawed, and helpless this company is; but
When I check online for the call logs on my granddaughter’s phone, the recent calls don’t show up yet she was just talking and it shows on the log on her phone. Should there be a delay with them showing up on my account? Shouldn’t the online account jive with the phone’s account?
2 months ago I signed up for TMobile internet. I done this online and verified I was in an area where internet was available. Upon receiving the modem & setup, I was disappointed in the poor signal & dropped service. I gave it 2 weeks & finally had enough.I called the nearest TMobile store to see what I had to do to send this back. The store said had I contacted them They would have advised me against the service as they only have 1 tower in the vicinity. TMobile will say or do anything to make a sale. Since I requested the service online, I would have to resolve the issue online. They did give me a sales number for the internet division & after numerous transfers & elevator music, was able to secure a return authorization for the modem. (round 1) A month went by before receiving an email that my modem had been accepted. Meanwhile I was being charged 50.00 for the internet. After numerous calls, transfers ^ music, I finally spoke with Carlos in some division on 14 J
