I have two numbers on my prepaid account and when I try to refill the accounts I can not access the second number on my-t mobile. I called and talked to some lady I could hardly understand so she was no help. I am getting ready to switch carries because T Mobiles web site sucks. How do I fi tix problem?
I feel like I rushed into the decision to switch to T-Mobile Without know that the plan I has paid for with my debit card was just a unlimited text and talk with no data to use outside the community of city heights or on the way up toy mom's house in Encinitas and when I went into the T-Mobile store on 8507 university Ave and I had to paid for a prepaid plan for $25 and the prepaid plan could end up costing me a lot more money than the monthly plan that I had when I still a customer of the service provider republic wireless so I was thinking that I could get advice about what to do if I should stay with TMobile or go back to my original service provider republic wireless.
I never have never received such poor customer service. I called a couple of days ago to sign up for new service. I asked the phone representative to call me back which never happened. I called back the next day and the representative was not able to ship to a US Post Office Box. I asked for a supervisor to call me which again never happened. Then I was informed they have no i phone 11 in black. No one returns phone call, not able to ship to PO Box, and not at all helpful. I will be returning to AT and T even with the prices. I fail to see why no one at T Mobile wants to work with you.
Has any one ever received a corporate refund card because iv been waiting over 35 days for one plus a phone that was broke in transit from shipping and called did warranty exchange and now they are playing like they never received it back any answer for past experiences or how to reach their real corporate office and not thrown in to the customer service waiting game since it takes 10 hours to get someone on the phone lagit last night 12/12/21 15min wait time was 1hour and 47 minutes later I get someone who says they need to escalate this to the off line team told we will call back never happens and it heard this 100 times since or I'm sry I can't help u thanks T-mobile ruining My Family's Christmas Now and thanks for a 1900 phone bill for a phone I don't have and a line I couldn't use Thanks again T-Mobile FOR RUINING CHRISTMAS FOR MY FAMILY NOW THERE IS NO TREE NO PRESENTS FOR MY KIDS AND FAMILY THANKYOU T-MOBILE PS ITZ ALSO MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER 1 ONE TOO HEARTBROKEN DAD

Hello everyone.I got a promotion through my employer. I went on T mobile website. I answered their questions. I got email congratulations that I will save money with this offer. I was advised to call a phone no. or go to a store. I went to the store and showed the email. They said they have no info about it. They can’t apply it even though the email from T mobile and I asked them about world perks. I called the 800 number , after being on hold for ~1 hour, I was transferred to another dept/Business dept. On hold for about an hour. After that I talked to J….n #8175723. He told to call my company billing dept and asked them to call T mobile to get the promotion. I offered him to text, email, fax the T mobile docs to no avail. I told him to give me an estimate what would be the promotion if there was association between the company and T mobile. No answer except have billing dept contact T mobile!!. Even though, I asked to talk to a supervisor, which adamantly refused. He wouldn’t send
on Friday , August 13 , 2021 , while visiting a T-mobile store , I was told I would be given $700.00 for my iphone 8-plus towards the purchase of a new phone. I agreed to a new phone and additionally told the sale-rep to charge my card an additional $200.00 , thus reducing the amount owed down to $200.00 from the $400.00 adjusted price after appying the $700.00 dollar credit for my old iphone. A few minutes ago I reviewed my online bill. It shows I have a remaining balance owed of over $900.00 on my new iphone. Why is that , and what happened to the $700.00 credit I was told turning in my old iphone would bring ??
Not once or twice, everytime they do the same. I have been with t mobile for 3 years, everytime they provide the wrong promo or wont tell all the details. When the bill comes there will be a different amount. I have 12 lines in my account, now im seriously thinking to switch. I tried speaking to leadership team too, they are pretty rude. When are you going to improve this?

I spoke to a rep in one of those "recorded" calls . Ended T-Mobile service on the 29th. Activated a new carrier the 30th. Send phone, watch, and never opened internet thingy back... Still getting billed. Seems to be a recurring problem with t- mobile.... I know I'm not the only one....
