Why does T-Mobile not offer a support ticket like all the other companies do? Nor do they have an email for support questions?Do they expect the average user to do their job for them, by answering the customers questions?If I can not get any support, what is value of being with T-Mobile?
I just moved my line and my son’s line to a new line under myself yesterday from my fathers line, he was under a military discount and I didn’t realize that every time I did something he had to approve it and me being 57 years old I didn’t feel I needed my fathers permission. Anyway. I pay my parents cell phone bill, and have had access to their account but now I have my own account, so now that I have opened my own account I can’t see theirs and I want to make sure that they took my lines off theirs and I also see what the bill is going to be since I am still the one paying the bill. Anyone have any suggestions on how this can be done?
I'm not sure exactly when it happened but one of the phones on my plan was stolen. I reported that it was but got confirmation of the theft. The person who had the phone is no longer in the equation and I need to find out if I need to finish paying of the phone. I only need the remaining two phones so will I be penalized?
Why did you suspend our line because of us calling Ukraine a lot when you currently waive charges. Doesn’t make sense, when we called to reinstate the line your rep said we should add stateside feature for $15, what for?! Not cool t-mobile you didn’t even send any notification that you are suspending our line, my wife missed important calls.
Seems like T-Mobile customer service is getting worst day by day.Very hard to explain and get what is needed, sometimes I had to give up and hang up without even getting solution or answer.Their website and application is second worst thing about T-Mobile. I spent 1 hour trying to do upgrade for 3 phones but could not do it. HATED the experience on app and website. The only good thing is the centers they have, people over there seem to handle the problems, but then you have to pay for almost every service. T-Mobile is good, only if you buy you devices outside, dont upgrade via them. Never call customer service, and just use their service to auto pay, so you dont have to deal with anything from their side.
Ok. Long story short. I’ve ported 2 numbers over form Verizon as I was supposed to be eligible for work perks and was promised to get 2 phones for free. A Samsung on a Samsung promo and a Pixel on a Pixel promo for adding a 2nd line. In the end the Samsung is free, the work perks are still not applied after 8 months and I pay for the Pixel. Apparently the promo for the Pixel was still running when I signed all documents and prepayd the tax but was expired when I received the phones and activited them. To me this sounds like a Scam and should be forbidden. Really thinking about moving this forward and let somebody have a closer look at this.

Hello,I was set up in Automatic Payment and for some reason it’s stopped working, and I got a charge for late fee of 5USD. I don’t think I should be charged that since I had it in automatic payment. Also, I try to make the payment and says the card is not working, I try different ones and they don’t let me put the ZipCode (it’s international and has 4 digits not 5).I need help with this since I need to set up the payment again with an international credit card. Also, I don’t find the chat support feature and can’t make phone calls from South America through Skype. Marina

Guys,I bought a phone last year during Thanksgiving season on EIP under a promotion, since then I am having trouble getting the promotion applied automatically. I have to call after every billing cycle and the rep adjusts the promotion and repeatedly confirms that it has been taken care forever and It will appear correctly on my bills going forward . However seems like their system is either broken or they are NOT doing it right and I end up wasting my time over the phone with reps again and again. It is a chronic issue that I want T-Mobile address as I want to respect their and my time. I have no issue with service or the customer service reps as they are nice, courteous and acknowledge the issue evetime I call them. however, It is six billing cycles and I have wasted over 7 hours of my time and 7 hours of T-Mobile’s time. that itself is more than the cost of the phone. Can someone at T-Mobile fix the issue?
Hi.I used 1line for 5days, it means it was supposed to be charged $15, but it was charged $84.So I contacted T-mobile by using the app, and they told me I should wait until 9/26th to correct the wrong charge.But nothing was changed on 9/26th, and the worse thing is the app is not working at all.How can I get back the wrong charge.
THis is insane I cant veiw my call detail for almost a month now , Im tired of being told its been escalated and god knows how many tickets have been sent, When I log in and hit line details it shows me the history from year 2020, this has been going on almost a month, It is not just me and it does not matter what computer or what browser I use, My sister and my best friend have their own accounts an its the same thing , rediculous
I recently bought a new phone for my prepaid plan. The store helped me set it up, but now I need to re-enroll in auto pay. When I try to login to my account on the TMobile page I get a message that says "we have run into an issue when linking this number to the profile". I tried calling the number they suggested but I cannot get ahold of a real person and not being able to get into your account is not an option on the automated system. Please let me know how I can get into my account, thanks.
I paid my pre-bill twice, and I want to return one of the money. Because I paid first my pre-bill, which is $98 from your website, your website had an error then I thought it did not pay for you. Finally, I login out of my account and login in again, and try to pay again. So you took $98.30 twice from me. Please, Could you cancel one of the payment and return one amount, which is $98.30
