I’m using the Simply Prepaid Unlimited plan, and I’ve been trying to refill my prepaid account on my T-Mobile account. But every time I set up an Auto Refill, I get the error message “AutoPay already exists for a given customer.”My account says “AutoPay - OFF,” so I really don’t know what to do or why it’s giving me an error. Am I really enrolled in AutoPay? When my balance runs out of money, would T-Mobile just charge my credit card, or would it stop my service? I can’t call Customer Services because I’m currently not in the US. Could someone please help?Thank you in advance.
As of November 1st 2021, my phone stopped getting dispatch texts from my work. I changed it to the email and gave it my number @tmomail.net and still nothing comes through. How do I whitelist my work text service or the email from them so I can get work notifications again?
Hello,I recently placed an order to transfer my current 4 prepaid lines to a postpaid account. This morning I received an email stating that my new sim cards are on the way but for some reason in the email I saw that my 4 lines were allocated with new postpaid numbers. As of now, my new sim cards have not arrived with me but I just want to make sure that I do not want new phone numbers and that I would like to keep my current prepaid numbers to the new postpaid account. I have been running around in circles and receiving different answers from different representatives.
HelloI have the Unlimited Mobile Internet with up to 2GB of 5G & 4G LTE Data plan, according to my online account line usage I am at 1.5 GB right now, but I can't reach any higher speed on my hotspot then 128 Kb. The plan description clearly says....Up to 2GB high-speed data, then unlimited on our network at max 2G speeds (128kbps). Looks like T-Mobile kick-off the limit well below the data cap. Any experience?
From my chat on T-mobile.com:“and no monthly cost for the iphonesor androids rightMe - 9:14 PMOkay i have 170$ for the plan + 20$ ipad service + 30$ watch service+ 36$ iphone protection= 256$ - 20% = 204.80 monthly taces and fees includedNo monthly cost for the devices that is correctMoesha - 9:16 PMok...sounds good to meMe - 9:16 PM”A few days later i receive my new phones but no labels for the trade-ins. I start calling T-moblile about it. Multiple reps and supervisors can’t see anything in my account about trade-ins. They said just wait and it will get sorted out.I wait a week and call back, and still no help. A rep on the phone suggests we cancel the entire transaction and start over, but i wouldn’t be able to get the deal i agreed to. I start to really panic. So I ask what is the monthly cost of my entire plan in the system….and i was then told about $270 a month!Countless more conversations/chats and no one can give me what i agreed to. At this point i am reaching back out to Veri
I currently am the owner of a T-Mobile (former Sprint) account. My mother is on a T-Mobile account. I need to transfer her number to my account. Whenever I try to login to tmobile.com, I automatically get bounced over to login with Sprint. My former son in law (owner of the T-Mobile account) tried to search for ownership transfer on tmobile.com, but it only discusses business accounts, not personal (like it does on sprint.com). Anyone have any suggestions to accomplish this?
My rep, Mel, employee #508591 was the best customer care representative I have ever had. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She really knows T-Mobile inside out and knew exactly what to do to help us go into a new plan, get a new phone, file a claim on a damaged phone, etc, going above and beyond my expectations. She called me back multiple times when she said she would and made me feel so well taken care of. Her customer service was top-notch, equivalent to a concierge at a 5 star hotel. Mel is an invaluable member of your company, and should be head of her department. Give this lady a promotion because she truly deserves it. She truly is, by far, the best customer care representative I have ever had, not just at T-mobile, but in my whole life. Kudos to Mel! And T-Mobile, hold on to this employee because she is making you look really, really good. Mel is the best!
I have efax and i see there is a option in the voicemail for fax. I have added my efax number to that option. I try and send fax and it does not work. There are also no voice prompts. Am I missing something? Am I miss understanding what this setting is for in voicemail? I have not been able to find much on the internet with voicemail and fax option. Thanks,
