mailed phone

I mailed in two iPhone 11. Only got credit back from one. They mailed on the same day correctly. The tracker number says delivered. However T-Mobile does not have it. It got shipped to Texas with the pre-paid shipping label. Do I still get credited for my phone since I did everything correctly. And it was lost in the process.

Unlock phone

I put a lock on my phone and I forgot the password for my lock and I also forgot my password for my email and no backup for anything so I am locked out and I did a factory reset on phone and now I can not get into my account or my phone without the last known password so I can not use my phone at all I need to know how to unlock it so I can use it.

wrong charge

Hi.I used 1line for 5days, it means it was supposed to be charged $15, but it was charged $84.So I contacted T-mobile by using the app, and they told me I should wait until 9/26th to correct the wrong charge.But nothing was changed on 9/26th, and the worse thing is the app is not working at all.How can I get back the wrong charge.

Did everyone else go through a hugely convoluted process to get the service in place?

Tried to set up 5 lines for my family, 3 family members in remote geographies. Each store had a different process, each store had new issues. Unbelievable. One store said I physically had to be onsite, another said the already paid for SIM cards had to be paid for again. Tons of customer services calls, missteps on TMobile’s side, Is this really the way it is supposed to work?

WHats taking tmobile so long to fix usage data and call detail

THis is insane I cant veiw my call detail for almost a month now , Im tired of being told its been escalated and god knows how many tickets have been sent, When I log in and hit line details it shows me the history from year 2020, this has been going on almost a month, It is not just me and it does not matter what computer or what browser I use, My sister and my best friend have their own accounts an its the same thing , rediculous

how to use 5g on apple divices xr se2020

Ok when I upgraded my service today right mellow the MAX plan. I went to shop for a upgrade to my SE 2020 to use the 5G service. I only found Apple 12 that offered 5G my work phone (other provider) is a XR with 5G will t-mobile be offering any other apple devises other than 12 for use with the 5G backbone of the outstanding service I have in joyed for the last 5 years ?

Getting a new device but have a balance on previous device

Just wondering how it works. I’m very unhappy with current device but I still have about $340 remaining on the balance. I want to get a new phone and I’m wondering is the balance posted to the new device price or is the balance due immediately? Or is it worked out in a different way? I usually pay my devices off in full so I’ve never come across this issue before. Any help is appreciated.

I paid my pre-bill twice, and I want to return one of the money. Because I paid first my pre-bill, which is $98 from your website, your website had an error then I thought it did not pay for you. Finally, I login out of my account and login in again, and try to pay again. So you took $98.30 twice from me. Please, Could you cancel one of the payment and return one amount, which is $98.30

Why does Tmobile make it so hard for trans people to chsnge their name?

Despite having changed my legal name almost a full year ago, and changing every single setting given to me on the website, TMobile is still sending me mail with the wrong name attached. I learned today that it's easy to change your name after getting married or divorced; you just take your government ID into a TMobile store. However, if you're trans, you have to SEND THEM DOCUMENTS IN THE MAIL. Why would this ever be the case??? I am not going to send important legal documents to TMobile so they can be lost in the mail, never to be seen again. Absolutely NO other institution I've had to change my name with has made it even remotely as difficult as TMobile has. Not my bank, not my school, not my employers. If you're trans, DO NOT use TMobile if you want to be respected as a regular human being.

Tmobile charged me for 4 months after I stopped using the service and sent me to collection without any notification! and they do have my Email and address :(. I'm reporting then to federal agency of consumer protection!
