I want to switch to T-Mobile. I want to get a IPhone XS or XR. I know the new IPhone release is in September probably. I want to know when can I upgrade on 24 month installments and if when the new IPhone releases and the Xr and/or Xs price drop will the price of the phone change for my contract.
I still have a balance on my EIP and am eligible for an early upgrade. I have an unlocked Galaxy S10+ (which was a Tmobile device to begin with) and would like to use that phone. I'm sure I'd be able to 'upgrade' my line to this new phone but would I still have to keep paying off the old phone's EIP or is there a way that I can return my old phone back to T-Mobile to stop payments on the old device? Thanks!
Dear T-Mobile...I purchased a Samsung s10 a few months before, and I was using it on T-Mobile.now I came back to India and when I inserted the Indian SIM Phone says Invalid Sim.when I searched on Google about this, I came to Know its a Network Lock.I found an application named as Device Unlock, I opened and Tap on Unlock, Then it not Unlocks.then I searched online and found a few websites offering an unlock service for this problem.they asking money for that. but when I bought the phone, the executives said T-Mobile will unlock it if I requested. So, My Query is how to contact T-Mobile for this unlocking.orShould I go for the Unlock service offered by third party websites?T-Mobile USA Device Unlock App - Official Device Unlock App Kindly do a reply and help me to fix this as soon as possible.
How do I switch to international roaming services with the current plan? I need to receive calls for a month until I move back to the US. Is it possible on this plan or should I switch plans and if so, how do I go about doing this? Any kind of help is appreciated, thanks!

Trying to set up my t-mobile account online but when I go to set up account and put the phone number I was supplied i get the return message that says security code will be texted to this number. Hello,I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8 plus device directly from Samsung. When I purchased the phone, it was and is still locked on T-Mobile. I found this out when I was in the process of switching carriers and ran into invalid SIM messages on my phone. I have been trying for the past week to unlock this device with no success. I have connected with T-Mobile experts and also spoke with Samsung, got both T-Mobile and Samsung on the phone together, chatted with T-force and still no luck unlocking the phone. Through all of those phone calls/chats this is what I have done so far.Attempts1. Put active T-Mobile SIM card in and tried unlock app with wifi and on T-Mobile Network4. Put another carriers SIM card in and tried to unlock which also failed2. T-Force put in an escalation ticket with Samsung to get the phone unlocked / whitelisted. After 5 days tried to unlock and got the same "Unlock Failed" message3. Cleared cache/data on unlock app. Ended with same failure message.Additional Detail

I feel like I am getting the run around from customer service. I called yesterday to have my phone unlocked. One person told me it would take 48 hours, and then changed her mind and said 24 hours. Another person told me it would take 3-5 business days. Today when I called I was told my unlock request was approved by Apple and that an email was sent to me. However, I did not receive an email and it is not in my spam folder. The customer service rep said I would receive an email with unlock instructions in an hour....however, that did not happen. My phone is paid off. At this point, I just want for what I was promised and to be able to use my phone again with my new provider. Can someone please help me and give me a straight up answer at this point?
