Activate old SIM

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I have a SIM that i used in my last visit to USA in 2014. That time I activated a prepaid plan for using during my visit. I'll visit USA again next December and I want to know if I can activate my SIM just before my trip to arrive with the service working. Somebody know if this is possible? Best regards,Gustavo Bonesso

Mailing label

This is a copy of the mailing label I received. It was sent on 6/24/19. I was unsure what it was for and when I spoke to a representative on 7/5/19, I was told this was the correct label and that I should send both my Samsung Galaxy S9 and my Apple iPad Pro in the same package with one label.I would like there to be proof that this was sent as well as the tracking number.

why are the CHROME and SAMSUNG APPS suddenly using large amounts of data?

Has anyone else experienced sudden HUGE increases in their data use using CHROME or the Samsung Internet APP ?I've been with TMOBILE over 2 years. Suddenly at the end of May 2019 my phone got really hot. Later that day, the phone used 4 GB of data but I was taking a walk. 12 hours later another GB was used and used all my Roaming Data for the month? I usually use 2-7 GB of Data Total (including phone and WiFI). Thankfully I was visiting my sister in Canada who has a generous Home WiFi plan. Although, she usually uses only about 5 - 10 GB of Data a month . Once, a while back when I was visiting her, we used 50 GB of Data which was a huge amount for us but we were both using the internet a lot then. Plus we were both listening to the Calm website at night regularly. This month I've used 100GB. It's mostly the CHROME App and Samsung Internet App Background use even though I have the Background Off on both. One example is : I was listening to a website called Calm.com which

Unlock phone permanently

On my T mobile account a phone that I have that has been paid off, says not available to be permanently unlocked. Why would that be? It makes it like I don't own the phone then. I have T mobile one plan and 3 phones total on the line. The other phones are not paid off. Why would it be like this. I own the phone and should be able to do what I want with it.

T-mobile hacked again (July 4 2019)?

Has T-mobile been hacked again?I got a text supposedly from T-mobile, stating "Welcome. Your Flexaccount balance is 5 dollars. To pay, refill, or check balances go to my.t-mobile.com (link) or visit t-zones", followed by my cell number.Of course, I am not so STUPID as to follow a link in a message. I got on my computer, and used my normal login.Your website wasn't working right... and there was no way to text (I do NOT use Facebook or Twitter, and never will). It kept sending me in loops and not displaying information - even locking up. I've not had that problem before, and it raised my suspicions.I tried logging in again, this time it came up with my correct information. Then when I tried to find a link to customer service, it started acting up again.I called 611 to alert someone to the possibility of hacking, and got some woman in India (based on accent), but she was only doing boilerplate and then started wanting to know my pin. Recently purchased a nest secure with mobile backup. I wanted to check out my plan online but the system tells me its sending a text to the phone number associated with my nest and to type it in. But its a nest. How do I get through this?

MIGHT have access to the app on a prepaid account

I am messing around with my phone, and I decided to reopen my T-Mobile app. There was an update from 6/28. So I updated. I still have to bounce back and forth from service to WiFi. I didn't ADD FUNDS, but I got to where I could in the app. As in the past when I would go to a second time the app would "give up the ghost"! I am on a prepaid account.

How does international calling with T Mobile One?

When I look up the information on traveling internationally, it tells me that calls are $0.20/min for most countries. I'm new to international calling, so I found this a little bit unclear. I assume that means my US contacts can call me as normal, and I can call them as normal (no country code required) and I'll simply pay the listed rate. Is this correct? I assume that if a foreign friend wants to call me, they'll have to make an international call with US country code to contact me. They'll pay whatever the international rates are for their carrier, and I'll pay the same 20c/min. Is this correct? If I want to call a foreign friend on their cell phone, I assume I'll make an international call with the appropriate country code. In this case, do I still only pay $0.20/min for the call? There are no extra fees for international calling? Thanks for the help.

Group texting between Android and iPhone

I have a Galaxy S8 and I have been having problems with group messaging involving iPhones. When I send out a group text, I only get some of the replies coming from iPhones. Secondly, when I send out a text it in a group text, it texts me the same message from my phone number as if I am a recipient of it. I have only ever used android phones so there isn't a mix up with iMessaging. What can I do to fix this?

7 months of problems with "New" Prepaid

I changed to prepaid service in January of 2019, but have been a loyal customer for the better part of a decade. For the first 3 months of this new service I was unable to make a payment at all. Couldn't do it on my phone of in the store. Each month I had to call the 800 number and spend upwards of 30 minutes each time just to get my bill paid. Since then, I have only been able to pay via phone. I cannot link my number with my account, I cannot pay online to this day. Prior to switching, I got text messages informing me that my payment was coming due. These stopped when I switched. Each time for the last 6 months I have filed a trouble ticket to no avail. The CSRs have been nice and make excuses like "this is a known issue" and issues with upgrading the 5g network, but nothing has changed. T-Mobile used to be exemplary in the customer service area. And I know that you get A LOT of complaints but at this point I need for 3 things to happen.1. I need to be able to link this number to
