Prepaid balance expiration

I am struggling to understand when (or whether) my prepaid balance will expire. I had previously been told in a store that my refills last 12 months, but I saw two different dates on the last refill - neither of which were 12 months! On the left screenshot it said this refill would expire in almost 2 years! However on the right the "Use By" date is 3 months later. (I did this on 4/28). I also found this thread, where it's suggested that on the $3/month plan, the balance will never expire as long as there is more than $3.I have a pay as you go plan. Does my account balance ever expire? I am a frequent visitor from the UK, and my goal is to keep a SIM card alive so that it is ready to go whenever I arrive in the USA, primarily using the $10/week 1Gb data pass. I know that my next trip begins 10/8 - so how can I tell whether my account will still be active then?

EIP Account still shows active after account paid off ?

I upgraded online to a LG V20 from an Alcatel 4s back in August and did it online. After not receiving the phone and getting nowhere I dealt with T-Mobile on Facebook and they sent me a replacement for the phone I did not receive. The original phone was found several weeks later at ups after I started an investigation. Long story short I received the original phone after I got the replacement and sent it back per T-Mobile's instructions. On my EIP account it always showed I had two phones but only ever had the one. I paid off my EIP account but it still shows the 1st phone as an active account. Is there someone who can have this fixed?The reason I paid it off so early was that I was thinking of going to a V30 when the price becomes more reasonable and I do not want this 1st phone still showing as an active EIP account when it is not and not affect my ability to set up a new EIP account if I decide to go with a V30.

Cant add second line to prepaid account

Hello,2 days already i'm trying to add second line to my prepaid account.There were a lot off calls with t-mobile support. Attempts with t-mobile store employees and my own attempts.All attemps were ended by Error"For LoS with planCartItemId: {0} E911 address mapping exist and optOut is selected"It is seems very unprofessional for T-mobile employees, because almost everyone told something new.There are several variants which i heard from different customer support representatievs:- I added it(after 20 minutes adding in account) you will receive message in 2 hours with following steps (nothing was received)- It is not possible to add line to prepaid account. You should only create new account with 2 lines. (nobody can say exactly will i be able to save my current number)- Yes. i see. There are a lot of problems right now it is some issues on servers. It will be solved in 24 hours. Please call us back then.It seems like there is no specialists there at all. Just telling the same scripts.

Can I find mobile plans T mobile offered in the past?

Hi, For academic purposes, I am looking for a list of plans T mobile offered '12-'14. For example, T mobile offered plans like "Simple Choice" and "MyFaves" something like that, but I was unable to find specific features of these plans.Would it be possible to what these plans look like (e.g. pricing, data limits, add-ons, etc.)? Apple iPhone Upgrade Program problem

I am a T-mobile user ever since I got my iPhone 5S, approximately 5.5 years ago. I decided that I would now like to upgrade to the iPhone 11 and enroll in Apple's iPhone Upgrade Program but, when I input the required info, my phone number and another, personal information requirement, I received an error message that my account was not recognized by T-mobile and was instructed to contact T-mobile. Therefore, I was unable to join this program at that time and am now contacting you regarding this problem. Why was my information not recognized by T-mobile for the iPhone Upgrade Program?P.S. I wish to enroll in the iPhone Upgrade Program from Apple because I wish to have my new iPhone unlocked from the beginning, as I did with my iPhone 5S, and not locked into any carrier, no matter how satisfied I am with T-mobile, and required to get permission before it can be unlocked.Thanks.

Number porting problem

I am trying to have a number ported from a T-Mobile prepaid account in good standing to a T-Mobile postpaid account. I was told this is the simplest Port you can have. It has been well over the 24-hour window they told me it would take. I have talked to various customer service reps. I was told it is currently being process but it might take up to an additional 72 hours to 10 days. I believe there is some issue going on with my account but I am assured there is not but I'm given no reason why this is taking so long. I have had various reps tell me this is unusual and some have said they have never seen it before. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am going from an old cell phone to a smart phone.  I am currently set up with T Mobile pay as you go Legacy plan.  I was told by the salesperson that I would not be able to connect with the internet with this plan.  Is this correct?  If so what other options do I have?

Prepaid SIM card activation for Postpaid acct. and ph.#

I lost my SIM card for my post paid account.  I see a new SIM card will cost me $25 fee and this single mom doesn't want to spend it.  My question is this, can I purchase a prepaid SIM card (unactivated), put it in my unlocked phone and have t-mobile customer service (611, or online) activate the prepaid SIM for my postpaid phone number and current plan?

Two prepaid numbers on account prevents account access

I recently got a new prepaid sim while travelling in the USA. I had the exact same type of SIM a year or Two prior as well. i was able to successfully add my new number to my existing t-mobile account (I know this as I received texts confirming as much). after doing this I tried to access my account info both via the app and website. In both cases I was unable to do so. After trying to log into the website I received this message:We have run into an issue when linking this number to the profile.Please contact our Care experts at 1-877-778-2106 to get this resolved.I then spent about 2 hours trying to resolve the issue by talkingwith T-Mobile CS reps. On the second call I explained that the issue was likely do to the fact that I had two numbers registered at my account (this is what some google searching told me).the second rep told me that I needed my PIN number In order for him to help me. Shocker - I couldn’t remember my pin.  He suggested that the best way to resolve is to go into a

Call forwarding availability and codes

Hi,I have two questions:1. Is call forwarding to another phone number possible on the prepaid plans? I could not find any page which gives a clear answer.2. This website states that the code for activating uncoditional call forwarding is **21*1+PhoneNumber#. Is the highlighted 1 the US country code or part of the phone number or just an additional 1? All my previous providers did not require an extra 1 for activating call forwarding.Thanks!
