Sales agents at the T Mobile in Fayette Mall Lexington, KY are not truthful.In May they replaced my own phone w/ Samsung A32 saying it was free. But from November I’m being charged $19 for the phone claiming “offer is over.” in May they did not have iphone12 purple in stock so they said I could receive it by mail and return my old iPhone 7 to the Mall as the trade-in (I had concerns T-mobile would not agree w/ Mall agents that the iphone 7 was tradeable). After receiving the iphone 12 in the mail I returned to the mall to give my iphone 7 trade-in. They wouldn’t accept it and the agent lied saying he never told me to return it to their mail store.I will not deal w/ T-mobile agents at the Fayette Mall again.
We switched to t mobile not even 2 months ago from Verizon to get better service. We were told we could keep our lines and phones and get our final billed payoff as a credit. Boy were we not told the fine print! Apparently not all cell phones carried over are not under the promotion which we were not told at all! We were told our payoff would in fact be paid and it won't! I went to our local store to ask how to submit my final bill and they tried to help then had to call the manager. I waited 2 weeks and called customer service only to find out we didn't qualify for a payoff promotion with the phones we carried over..I even traded 2 phones in for 2 new ones and a watch.. so I am now out $375 and had to pay that off and the t mobile bill in the same week. Customer service rep was very nice and tried to figure out why we would get 1 of the promotions but couldn't fix. I told her our local store needs better training and to make sure they tell us everything beforehand. I'm abit upset for
I currently have three lines on the Simple Choice unlimited plan. I’ve had this plan for over 5 years.One of the three lines was obtained through a promotion: “$40 This One's on Us (AAL) (Additional Lines)” Basically I pay $100 for three lines after the $40 discount.If I were to migrate to Magenta Max plan will the promotion carry over or will I need to pay for all three lines.
I recent purchased a Pixel 6 and there are times when I can't make a phone call. It doesn't ring and it goes straight to voicemail. Sometimes I'll be in mid conversation and then They can't hear me but ai can hear the other person. It's getting annoying. Is it the phone or the service? If this continues, I'll have to consider switching services.
So...I got my phone from Walmart. I forgot to set up my account within the time frame they gave me, and so I don’t have an account associated with my inactive phone number. I tried to set up a sprint account WITH the phone number, but they said the number was inactive or the bill was long past due, or something along those lines. I tried paying the phone bill with my email, but...they just took the money and didn’t refund it, even after my data plan is still not active. I want a refund but I can’t get in contact with support, because, you guessed it, my phone is off. Chat takes forever and I don’t get the answers I need.
This is lunacy. We were Sprint customers for two decades, and within one month of TMobile’s services, we are ready to leave. I hope someone can help me. I am currently on hold for the second hour-long wait today in an attempt to resolve this.We had to open a new account at TMobile to get the military discount available for service members; the problem was that the store that helped us opened a TMobile account in my name first (spouse). We paid off all devices before the switch (something TMobile says it is doing, but has not been offered to us), and then the account was moved to my husband’s name.The problem now is that now we are receiving a bill from the account in my name, the one we closed out, and there is absolutely no way I can access the account.I have tried to set up a TMobile ID with my phone number and a new email; however, TMobile keeps opening the account as the newer one. I have the 3 return shipping labels for our 3 old iphones to send to receive credit. The T-Mobile store said I could drop off at UPS Store, however the labels & instruction I received said drop off at Post Office. So I am a bit confused. Pease advise. Thank you
How long does it take for a legacy account to get switched to the new T-Mobile system Rebellion? My number has been locked since mid-November. Can’t switch plans or carriers because of this!!! I have talked to multiple agents (appx 8 hours spent on phone and about 2 hours in a physical T-Mobile store). They have no timetable for when my account will be upgraded and no work-arounds.
I started as a long time sprint customer. I have had cell service since 1985, so lots of experience with cell companies. We recently migrated to TMobile and have tried to upgrade our phones. We have three phone that require us to return to TMobile but are unable to because they have yet to send us the return shipping labels. The run around has been exhausting, hour on phone support, hours more visiting 3 retail stores. Support’s favorite terms I think is “I understand” and “ I am on your side”. Each new representative goes through the very same script, never checking the records of previous calls.Step by step we go through the same BS. I am done. Exhausted. Frustrated. Fuming.So my question is: what is the best way to terminate this deal and return all items that are TMobile? I am now willing to pay more from any other carrier. The customer service run-around is just not worth the trouble.
I am supposed to get a new device and for that they switch from sprint to T-mobile. I was promised 600$ that appeared nowhere in the contract. I had to take a picture of the associates computer to get prove. Then I get home I sign in and fine that my plan has been change to almos doble of what I payed for. Having add ons? It seems like you think your costumers are stupid! on top of that I called and the waiting time is 2HOURS!!!! I haven’t got the phone yet, but your service is so bad I am ready to go to another company!!!!!!
I received a replacement device and was encouraged to install a new SIM card. When i called Tech-Support to activate the new SIM card, the agent had so much background noise: whistling, laughing, etc. that it was impossible to hear them speak, then they ended up activating the SIM to my wife’s phone…. which immediately disconnected my wife’s cellphone while she was at work, which resulted in her losing business. When she came home we put the new SIM card in her phone so that we could call tech support again (keep in mind we have to wait on hold for 2 hours each time) and they disconnected MY SIM card. Now the phone call drops immediately while on the phone with Tech-Support. It’s now 10:25pm and my wife is still on hold with tech support, next available agent in 2 hours! We have to go to work tomorrow and we both have SIM cards that T-Mobile Tech Support MISTAKENLY disconnected, meaning we cannot make phone calls. When you walk in to their physical stores the employees will not talk to
Most terrible experience that I have ever had. 1) They lost data again, and now I getting spam calls all the time.2) App is working terribly and lagging all the time.3) Can't pay for the subscription because the activity of this company is suspicious for my bank and the bank banned it.4) And it's impossible to contact support I wonder how you survive in the XXI century with such service?I honestly think to quit, it's amazing.
I was told I could switch to T-Mobile from Verizon. We have 5 lines and all the phones were paid off (2 XR, 3 11’s). I have a signed agreement where we would get 5 new iPhone 13’s (just like the commercial said). I currently am paying for 3 of the 5 phones. I have called T-Mobile too many times to remember and have spent on average of about 2 hours on the phone or on hold. The customer service rep never seems to understand what I am asking which requires me to repeat the problem several times only to be put on hold. Then the call is strangely disconnected after I wasted 2 hours on the phone. Nothing is resolved. Oh, and the fabulous sales person told me I would get a SyncUp Drive at not charge that I do not want and will never use. I am also paying something like $10 a month for the service for this device I don’t want or need. What a scam. I have no idea how to resolve this issue.
Hi!I have been trying to become a T-Mobile customer for about a week now. When I first tried signing up, I was told I couldn’t become a T-Mobile customer because I had an active legacy Sprint account (“Sprint, now part of T-Mobile” is apparently VERY misleading and a false statement). I went ahead and cancelled my broadband mobile line that I hadn’t used in quite a while anyways and closed my Sprint account. The next day I called again and was told that because I HAD had a Sprint account I wouldn’t be able to become a customer until that cleared out of the system but that a T-Mobile store could help me. I drove to the next store and they told me I just needed to wait an extra day (after waiting for close to an hour for my turn). I came back the next day and still no luck but they were on the phone with T-Mobile and Sprint for about 30 minutes to “port” my account over to T-Mobile and that it should work within 24 hours. Is there an existing feature/service, or anything in the works to be able to lock and unlock the car through Syncup? My VW had Car-Net (an AT&T service which was discontinued in December 2021) and I loved being able to lock and unlock my car through my phone - not to mention being able to use the car's build-in button to call for assistance. It would even notify me if I had left the sunroof open.
I’ve been trying to find the address and shipping label to send my old phones and i cannot find it anywhere at all. I’ve looked all over the place. I was told i can’t take the phone to a t-mobile store and do the trade in. All i need to know is how to get this shipped to the right address and the label to go with it. Can someone help me please?

I’m new to T-Mobile and trying to port my number from previous carrier. When I tried the first time, the account information was wrong and the porting did not go through. When I contacted customer care, they asked me to wait for as the previous request is still processing.What is the typical wait time before I can try porting with the correct account information ?
