Hi, I recently purchased a pre-paid travel plan through the eSim app. after taking payment the app showed me my phone number and receipt option but never took me to the eSim setup. I have no QR code to install the eSim and no information to setup manually. How do I acquire a QR code?
I recently got a new prepaid sim while travelling in the USA. I had the exact same type of SIM a year or Two prior as well. i was able to successfully add my new number to my existing t-mobile account (I know this as I received texts confirming as much). after doing this I tried to access my account info both via the app and website. In both cases I was unable to do so. After trying to log into the website I received this message:We have run into an issue when linking this number to the profile. Please contact our Care experts at 1-877-778-2106 to get this resolved.I then spent about 2 hours trying to resolve the issue by talkingwith T-Mobile CS reps. On the second call I explained that the issue was likely do to the fact that I had two numbers registered at my account (this is what some google searching told me).the second rep told me that I needed my PIN number In order for him to help me. Shocker - I couldn’t remember my pin. He suggested that the best way to resolve is to go into a

I am trying to login to my tmobile.com account. I was just in there earlier this morning. But now I am trying to login again, but it keeps giving me this error:Sorry, but we are currently experiencing problems with our server. Hi,I have two questions:1. Is call forwarding to another phone number possible on the prepaid plans? I could not find any page which gives a clear answer.2. This website states that the code for activating uncoditional call forwarding is **21*1+PhoneNumber#. Is the highlighted 1 the US country code or part of the phone number or just an additional 1? All my previous providers did not require an extra 1 for activating call forwarding. Thanks!
I am from india and come to USA very often. I have an e-SIM from tmobile which I activated and used in august. I noticed that my number / line is suspended. I'm current in india and have plans to come back to USA in November. so is there anyway to keep the number alive and active? do I need to pay US $ 40 every month to keep the line active? or is there any nominal fee which I can pay to keep my number active?
Like most of us, I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number. This seems to be happening more and more. All that aside, I noticed if I don't answer a call and no message is left I still get a notice that I have a message on my voice mail. Has anyone else experienced this? How do I stop this from happening?Thank you
It was shipped to one of their warehouses with a prepaid ups label given to me from t mobile. Tracking shows successfully received. However, it was not linked to the new line I signed up for to activate the promo. Promo and phone are both lost. The assistant manager at the t mobile store said sorry but nothing can be done. Please help, I would really like to at least get the phone back.
I had this device that I was given to boost my signal. One up stairs the other down stairs and it had only a power connector. We started have issues and the rep on the phone said it was old and out of date. So I was told I would get a new one. I was sent this stupid device with a wifi and wan/lan hook up. I'm not interested in boosting my signal from a network. I have no use for this junk. I just want to boost the single from upstairs to my entire house. I get 4 bars in my upstairs bathroom, and 1 bar in my downstairs kitchen. What can I tell the rep I need so that they understand me? Are these not available anymore? What did I have and what is this new thing? Is a cell spot not defined somewhere?
After switching my plan and my sim card, I tried logging in to set up my account for the next month so that I can pay online. After running into walls getting the number linked, confirmation emails sent to start a new account, and security questions, I finally linked the account (according to a text message sent to my correct phone number,) but keep getting the "Oh no! We're having trouble linking this number to the profile" message. I don't really care if I have to delete my account/accounts (as it has me create a new one when switching between pre paid and post paid + international) or merging all accounts associated with this number as all of them are/were mine having brought this number over from a different service. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a 4 active lines with tmobile right now and one of the family members wants to port to another carrier. Will porting 1 line cancel the remaining 3 lines too?If that line has main access to mytmobile account will that cancel the remaining 3?Finally how long do I have to wait to activate a new line on the account for another member of the family once the other line is ported out? Also the line we want to port, that device is paid for in full.
