Has anyone had any luck at getting a T-Mobile expert to do anything but lie? I have spent countless hours on the phone and chat, with many EXPERTS and had one after another assure me Charges would be taken care of, admitting they messed up, they would help me 101%, and TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. My bank account also had an unauthorized pull, and the return of those funds as PROMISED by several Experts, never occurred .
I have three lines with unlimited data etc. for 140 all in for at least 4 years. I want to add a line to use as a guest phone when my family from Europe visit for several weeks a year. Does anyone know if you can add a line to my existing plan without increasing the 140/month?
I had 4 phones for 19+ years, and the cell bill has increased from $80 to now $200 per month on the Megenta plan - due to the fact that someone in Dadeland FL is running around with my driver’s license information and SS # - (maybe due to 54 Milllion customer breech in Aug - since this happened starting in Sept -Oct) walked into two different T-Mobile stores and pickup a brand new iPhone 13 Pro each time and added life time upgrades on my account - and all that Tmobile can do is offer a two year protection plan which only allows up to 10 CCs - and like 10 emails In any event I transfer all but one of my phones out of Tmobile this month and now for just one phone they want $140 for my one line - and it can not be changed!!! What are the terms after 19 years of service with Tmobile - really? I see that the over +55 plan is only $27.50/ea for two lines
I am a Sprint customer. I have received SEVERAL text messages, phone calls, and requests while on with sprint customer support that I need to move my service to T-Mobile. They even sent me new T-mobile SIM cards to swap into my sprint phones (which didn’t work with my sprint phones BTW.) I have finally purchased the phones to do this. I called T-mobile customer support yesterday (Sunday) to start transferring. I was immediately transferred to Sprint customer support from the T-mobile phone number. After being on the phone with Sprint support was told I needed to talk to T-mobile support. I waited on hold for AN HOUR with T-mobile support before someone picked up. Talked with them for fifteen minutes before I was told that I needed to start new service with T-mobile, and that they would have to run a credit check?!?! I completely lost it. I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY YOU BOUGHT OUT, WHY SHOULD I RUN A CREDIT CHECK??? This is all so ridiculous. I immediately requested to talk
I recently discovered that T-Mobile has overcharged my account $10/mo for the last two years. The root caused turned out to be their fault. The best they could offer me was a credit for 12 months. Essentially telling me I have to eat $120. The customer service representative (Renee) was terrific and went above and beyond but I am not satisfied with the result. I've been a customer for 5 years but I may be headed back to Verizon!
WHY AM I calling in again for the 4th month in a row to question the insurance charge that you keep surcharging my account with, that NEVER WAS AUTHORIZED.. And I am subject the most ridiculous hold times ever.. 40 min+ no matter if I call 5am/ noon or 7pm ** Where are the EXPERST.. That supposedly correct this concern 4 most ago @!! omg.. WHAT IS UP WITH THE HOLD TIMES….!!!
Unauthorized charges on account & full autopay credit not credited correctly. Anyone else not being credited properly for their auto pay? Says $30 credit in two places. But if you look: tmobile applys credit where there is no charge so they aren't giving the credit. $10/30 is not okay. In a year that totals $240 not credited. If you have auto pay check often. I am being charged over $1000 for a phone added to my account - by store rep unauthorized. After 6 months this is still not corrected. Now I have to select one of their "subject" to submitt - that doesn't accurately title.
The Derry New Hampshire store mislead me on the I phone 13 Promax plus. They had me pay 30.00 they ordered the phone they said my bill would be approx 1 dollar more a month. When I got home I called customer cares only to find out I would be paying for 2 phones. I made a 3 way call with the store and customer cares needless to say they made me send the phone back. Then informed me it would cost me 450 down to lease the phone. T-mobile does not stand behind the customer at all. The store made the mistake they should make good on what I was told. I tried calling the store they don’t answer there phone . Customer cares has over a 2 hour wait . This is unprofessional behavior.
Bought a 2nd phone for my girlfriend and add on to my acct. Im trying to activate the new phone with a new number. but when i put in the new sim card that came with the new phone and looked at the phone info there is no new phone number. How do i get a new number for her phone?
Let’s start with my fiancé having an account with sprint for 2 years. Never missed a single payment when we were with them. We paid off all the devices we had on her account, owning them after all was said and done, so we could do a change of ownership to me with having better credit because we wanted better down payments when we upgraded. We did the change, got approved for 15 lines, the first 12 being no down payment. Great! We have 5 lines on our plan when we did this. We went in, and did the port over to T-Mobile which took hours because their system wasn’t working. After 2 hours, we finally get all 5 lines ported over, and then we start working on upgrades. I told the sales rep I wanted 4 IPhone 13 Pro Max’s. He works on my fiancés first, gets it done. Works on mine next, gets it done. When he was halfway working through the 3rd line, he tells us we only have $**** amount of a line of credit, so we would have to pay out of pocket for the next line to upgrade, and the line after th
I was about to mail my trade-in iPhone today, but noticed that the trade-in form shows I’ll be sending a black iPhone 7 Plus 32MB. I actually am sending a rose-gold iPhone 7 Plus 128MB. Will there be any problems if I send the rose-gold iPhone 7 Plus 128MB or should I have the form updated to reflect correct color and memory size?
Warning if you have multiple lines. I transferred my active phone lines to a different carrier this November. I had called T-Mobile customer service that day to confirm that my account (because when you transfer your line, you can no longer access your account - this is absolutely not right when you have final pending charges, etc. horrible customer care practices, this should not be allowed) was closed and I was told it was and that I would be receiving my final bill in the mail. Apparently the rep did not actually look at my account because we had an additional line that was not in use (promo for a free line when we signed). This line kept our account open and I have been charged for full services a month later, and never received a bill in the mail (due to this line keeping the account open). I am being charged for services when I was no longer with T-Mobile.I called customer service. They put me through an entire ordeal and told me to go to the store to confirm my identity (I had f
I'm very frustrated with this rebate for my Air Pods. Every time I try to apply for my rebate the web site is not working. I’m getting close to my 30-day limit and I’m afraid that this might be a scam on T-mobiles part. Good way to keep my $130 bucks. Why couldn't T-Mobile just give us the rebate in the store when we signed all the paperwork? VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!
I just completed a very frustrating purchase of an iPhone Mini 13 at the store in the Cherry Creek Mall - Denver. I was told the rebate for the old phone was $200. Looking at the receipt, I believe I only received $75. Additionally, due to the store’s iPad taking too long, the sales rep did not complete the rebate for the Airpods. He told me I could complete it online. It looks like I need a rebate id for that. I assume you have my email address. Thanks.
My Web Guard was set at Low and then TMobile changed it to No Filtering and now it can’t be changed back to Low. Update Operation Failed when you try to change and Save it. Just wasted another hour of my life, about 4 hours total today talking to TMobile agents who don’t know what they are doing. TMobile agent can’t do anything about it.
12/19/2021: In late September I traded a fully functioning Samsung phone (Verified by local TMO store clerk) for a REVVL V+ 5G. Per the offer, which is still current, phone cost would be offset by monthly credits in exchange for a fully functioning trade in phone. The phone was received by TMO’s third party service, which concluded my end of the deal. My account shows the credit being validated, however the billing dept. won’t generate accurate bills and isn’t honoring the deal. I’ve had several conversations with Phone support, and they always acknowledge the billing mistake and promise to fix it, but don’t. How do I get this resolved? Is there a US based contact to assist with this and can anyone provide that contact information? Thanks for any assistance.
T-Mobile is offering free ear pods and Apple TV for a year with current promotion yes? I ordered 2 new i-Phone 13 pros as an upgrade and got denied the ear pods and Apple TV, so I returned my phones and canceled the upgrade and because such I will go to ATT. Simple Q which should require a simple answer - You very clearly advertise the promo on TV and the web site but failed to deliver, why??
