I have been trying to access my past usage records for a very long time. I have contacted T Mobile on several attempts and no resolve. Every time I select a past date range I get a " No records at this time" message. I have tried, mobile, desktop, & app. does anyone have a work around for this? Also, I am not the primary and I am only trying to get usage for my specific line.
Hello,On my Oneplus One phone, the LTE data does not work and shows an exclamation mark when I turn mobile data on. It requires me to login to t-mobile. When I click to log into t-mobile I am redirected to u.web2go.com/upsell, and I am told I do not have a data plan. However, I do have a data plan, set to unlimited 4g data. I am able to browse t-mobile website, but no other website loads for me. What steps can I take to resolve this?Thanks,Scott
I purchased the S9 in March under the promotion TM98.Sent in my s7 as trade in which was acknowledged as being received Two weeks later my new phone developed a blue line on the screen and had to be sent back the rep I talked to sent me out a new phone and I sent the defective one back.Found out the marked it as a remorse return, IT WAS A DEFECTIVE phone not a remorse purchase!Called 3 times to get credit and keep getting "your case is being escalated "I get the credit but I should not have to call every month How can I talk to someone on the ESCALATED office.John
I just got out the hospital on Monday and I made a payment online. Call t mobile this morning and they dont have the payment at all. I checked my bank account and the payment was made. I advised to the agent my situation and that I can’t drive or go anywhere and to see if there is a way to show proof of payment. They advised me I would have to print out my statement and go to a store. I am unable to drive and told them that. They didn’t care at all. I’m so fustrated with t mobile and that is insane to me. To make a person go the the extreme to verify they made the payment. T mobile use to be very professional but now it has really changed and the agents are rude. T mobile is a very large company and I don’t understand why there isn’t an email for customer to do complaints or a corporate office to take further actions. I am looking for an update on my ticket I opened about uploading voicemail greetings. It has been several weeks and I still do not have any update, nor does the feature seem to work as expected. When I place a file in the UPLOAD field, it never gives me the option to save and continue. There was a ticket opened, but apparently there is no easy way for me to review the ticket or see the status.Can you let me know the next step on using this feature? you access the feature through the MYTMOBILE portal by clicking on the line, then CHECK VOICEMAIL, then SETTINGS, then CUSTOM GREETINGS

Our security cameras are set up to send an email alert and they include a photo from the camera. We just switched from verizon to T-Mobile and they stopped working. I changed the email address to PHONENUMBER@tmomail.net. A single test message without photo's works fine. Any messages with photo's is being blocked, see below. Help me please! any one on this forum. there is a time some where in November 2016 (Black Friday Deal) that T-mobile roll out a plan tmobile one TE. it is hot deal i grab it on slickdeal.net that it post. so i have 5 line T-Mobile ONE™ TE includes unlimited talk, unlimited text and unlimited data on our network with no annual service contracts, or data overages for 120$, or you can get 4 lines depend on when you enrolled. its was instant hot deal. So here story, now T-mobile charge with 120$ for 2 line unlimmited, and each one additional line is 25$ ( 75). The total is 195$, its big different. i did try customer service to explain but its useless. It's like "a little david versus Giant" now. i hope some one out there have similar situation like mine. And even worse now, every time you try to call customer service, they will try to make you get rid of the tmobile one TE plan and joint tmobile one TI plan. In my case TE is better deal for me. I hope T-mobile will honor the deal that
