I've been trying to update my credit card for several days but the website keeps redirecting me back to my main account page. Is anyone else having this issue?I am on auto-pay and my card expires next month. I called in and the rep told me I would need to turn auto-pay off because I couldn't make changes to my account with autopay. Huh? Messaging from the tmobile site is still down.Is anyone having this same problem or know how to fix?
Just purchased a DriveUp 2 device for my van. It looks like the device hasn’t been tested with my 2019 car. At the store they told me to try and make sure that the device turns off when the engine is off. How can we know that though? I definitely don't want to have my battery killed or other issues.

Hi, My home automation system sends me SMS messages using T-Mobile's tmomail.net email to SMS gateway. I have been using it successfully for a number of months, but recently, my messages have been blocked. I have included a sample rejection notice below. Does anyone know precisely why my messages are being blocked all of a sudden and how to get around this? I'm currently in Portugal. I turned on my phone and it says that I got unlimited data up to 2G speed and texts. However, I turned on my roaming and it shows LTE instead of 2G. Does that mean I'm being charged extra? Or is it how this is supposed to be? Do I need to change any settings to show "2G" instead?
Hello,I'm trying to upgrade my phone. When I select a phone from the options provided to me, I select my account, skip the trade-in option, then arrive at the Protection Plan options. When I decline this option, a window pops up asking if I'm sure I want to decline. I select yes, and nothing happens. I don't advance beyond this screen. I've tried selecting a protection plan, as well as clearing my history and cookies, and trying 3 different browsers; I always get stuck on the protection plan page. Is this a problem with my account or the phones I can select? Thanks for any assistance.
I am trying to get the email to sms gateway to work for home automation notices. I can send to MyMobileNumber@tmomail.net via my work account, but not my personal email account. Hi allI am a frequent visitor to US, and maintain a Pay as you Go Legacy account for phone/text service for use during short trips. Is it possible to purchase a Tourist Plan to access data as well when I am on a longer trip? If yes, will my account revert back to Pay as you Go Legacy after the Tourist Plan expires?Thanx
I have a prepaid T-Mobile account and keep getting these 25 cent "Domestic Usage" charges. I got one back in May but never looked into it and got 3 more on July 29th. All it tells me that it was my phone and it was a message.I don't know what these are and why I'm getting them. I haven't done anything differently. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 3 years and never got any charge like this until now. What are these charges?
Is anyone from T-Mobile able to help with understanding why you guys are not interconnecting your RCS profile to the Google Jibe Hub so that your customers can utilize the Chat feature in Android Messages which you guys have to know is one of the preferred texting apps over an OEMs native messaging app because it's simply better? The other carriers have done it so that they can utilize this function and interconnect with one another but T-Mobile is the odd man out and I was curious as to what brought about this decision. Will you guys connect to the Google Jibe Hub sometime soon or within years? With Universal Profile being in version 2.0+ and with all devices not having received even version 1.0, will we have to wait years before every device receives the latest version of the profile or some form of the profile at all? Are we always going to be in a waiting game for these kinds of things versus these features being activated right out of the box?
I am not a subscriber yet, but am trying to shop for phones to possibly switch from Verizon. However, on 4 different devices, I cannot get my cart to load on the t-mobile website. I've tried 4 different browsers (IE, Chrome, Edge, Edge Chromium), and the cart just sticks at the spinning pink circle after I pick a device.
I don't understand what this purchase was for since it didn't increase my phone balance? My number was suspended at 07/02 then I had to pay one month fee manually for the July prepaid. So what was this purchange? Could you give me more information? Why did it happen? Hello, I want to buy the new Samsung Galaxy S10, and trade in my current Samsung S8. I read in the Terms and Conditions that in order to qualify for the $400 trade in credit, I need to make 24 installments, as the $400 off is done in monthly credits. My question is, can I make extra payments or pay remaining months in advance (via extra installments), and still receive the bill credit ? Ive been trying to play around with bill pay features, but can't get a clear idea.
Decided to go the family plan route and went to a T-Mobile store for help. We live in Mexico right across the border and it was the first thing we told the representative. He immediately showed us the North America Plan and said without a doubt this is the best plan offered anywhere for UNLIMITED everything in the USA Canada and Mexico. He kept stressing the UNLIMITED. Totally untrue! We started getting texts from T-Mobile stating we were roaming more than 50% of the time and our service risked termination. So after purchasing 4 phones to the tune of $3000 and signing for a 2 year family plan agreement for the North America Plan it turns out it's pretty much worthless in our case. DO NOT listen to anyone from T-Mobil. They will tell you whatever they want to close a sale well knowing it's fraudulent information. Not to mention all their advertising and brochures promote the same fraud. When I complained they told me to turn the roaming off. Not only are they frauds they're ignorant. Wh
quick storyI lost my phone/stolen, walked inside tmobile the next day to buy a new phone, I picked a phone, it was out of stock so we had to order it, paid the initial payment,gave my email address and billing info to t mobile. t mobile tells me to check email, open the link for e-signed agreement may take 24-48 hours before it's available to view. i waited, payment went through, got an email saying my device has shipped with the order number together with a link to check order status. i signed up for a tmobile ID, received an email saying tmobile id is ready for use. Went to tmobile website, clicked log in, entered my username and password,NOW my problem is, after signing in to check my order status, it ask's me "Please enter the phone number you would like to link to your account.
