I’m trying to cancel a Digits line and was told by an employee at the T-Mobile store that the only way to do this is by calling T-Mobile. But I can’t get through to anyone at T-Mobile by phone. I scheduled 2 callbacks, but when the callbacks came I still couldn’t get through. Instead, a recording tells me to press 1 to speak with someone. When I press 1, nothing happens! The recording keeps saying they didn’t hear my answer. I finally decided to call and just wait on hold. After an hour listening to incessant recordings and music I gave up. I understand they have a “heavy volume” of calls, so why don’t they just make it possible to cancel a Digits line on their website or app? Is it that complicated?
Oh my freaking god, why is it so hard to simply order a new sim card! I got a new unlocked phone and need the nano size sim card, but t freaking mobile will not let me just order it online. I cannot sit on hold for 2 hours to ‘speak to a representative’. Customer service is horrible horrible horrible.
I have 3 lines of Magenta plan but just couple of lines are activated and frequently used and remaining third line is activated but rarely used. So, I’d like to use the SIM card of my Magenta third line to my iPad without any separate subscription Magenta@Tablet. Does it work or any penalties by T-Mobile?
I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile and now my monthly bill is $10 higher each month for the same plan. Lost my yearly AAA membership being paid, lost my Hulu monthly account being paid, and my employer discount. Then, I was told I would get my iPhone paid for with my trade-in. What a disappointment, and then I got a survey asking me how likely I am to recommend T-Mobile to people….
A friend of mine, a long-term T-Mobile customer, ended up getting into major trouble with a scammer. The person who scammed her convinced my friend to give over her account information (yes, I know it was stupid, and now she does too), and ended up trying to purchase 3 iPhone 13 Pros. One of them was successfully sent out and received with the other two put on temporary suspension. My friend reported the issue, but ended up getting her service turned off. Now, she still has the phone, has a collections letter for the total amount of the phone and her past due phone balance (which was in the hundreds before the phone was added) and an intention to pay off the phone and bill. A few days ago (December 30th) she received an email stating “The ban on your account has been lifted. Please return the phone to T-Mobile”.I may be silly here, but I’m pretty sure you don’t get ‘banned’ from T-Mobile, you just get a delinquency letter and, eventually, a collections letter. I’m also fairly certain th
My wife and I brought our Pixel 4a phones over from Verizon yesterday and ported our numbers to virtual SIM cards. First, I noticed that while I had made and received a few calls, I could not call my wife and she could not call me! We could text each other and call via WhatsAp, but on a normal voice call whould say “Calling” and immediately say “Call Ended”. I had called Customer Support 3 times, and since the wait exceeded 2 hours, I requested a call back but never heard back after three tries. So I called the T-Mobile store and asked the rep to phone me back. Her call did not come through, so I phoned her back. She said her call would not go through, so undoubtedly the same happened when T-Mobile customer support returned my calls. So I tried to chat with support, but that is also backed up for over an hour. Therefore, I am stuck in T-Mobile LA LA Land without the ability to talk to any support person. This is exactly why I left Verizon after 25 years, and it appears that T-Mobile is
My service was discontinued even though my balance $18.65 was supposed to roll-over as a Gold member and did not receive a text from T-Mobile that my cell service was going to be stopped. i want my service restored with said remaining balance otherwise i will contact the Arizona State Attorney General’s office pursuant to this matter.
I'm curious how DIGITS handles privacy when you're on someone else's family plan. Can they enable it without your permission, and what exactly can they see? Is it possible for them to access all of your texts and phone calls? Can this be turned off from my end, despite the fact that I do not have access to manage the account?
I have only been with T Mobile two months. The first week my phone (Brand New) $1200. The trips I made to the store to have it taken care of was 5 hours of my time. New Phone comes in and they charge me to connect it. What I have been a Sprint Customer for 21 years and never have I had such problems. I did auto pay T-Mobile uses my card like it is a charge card. They up my bill by $46.00 in one month. I have spent now 1 hour and 30 mins waiting for someone to answer not including all the time I have called to get these questions answered. Is anyone else having this problem? I am ready to go to a company that respects your service.
We were supposed to be on the I phone 12 pro on us deal. With this deal, it meant that the iPhone 12 Pro on our account would have monthly credits applied to where the phone payment was cancelled out and for the 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max’s we had on the account, we would only be paying the difference over the course of 2 years. We were for some reason put on the BOGO dealThis is not what we agreed toWe were just this week notified that one of our phone numbers had find my iPhone turned on and that this is why we didn’t receive the iPhone 12 Pro deal on that phone- this still doesn’t explain why we didn’t receive the deal on the other two phones. We were never notified of this (the find my iPhone being turned on) we have gone through all of our emails, not a single one notifying us of this- this would have been such an easy fix if we were notified, not just that, we checked the find my iPhone now, and we can see that it is not on for that phone, so that is not a mistake on t-mobiles partWe have
Sales agents at the T Mobile in Fayette Mall Lexington, KY are not truthful. In May they replaced my own phone w/ Samsung A32 saying it was free. But from November I’m being charged $19 for the phone claiming “offer is over.” in May they did not have iphone12 purple in stock so they said I could receive it by mail and return my old iPhone 7 to the Mall as the trade-in (I had concerns T-mobile would not agree w/ Mall agents that the iphone 7 was tradeable). After receiving the iphone 12 in the mail I returned to the mall to give my iphone 7 trade-in. They wouldn’t accept it and the agent lied saying he never told me to return it to their mail store.I will not deal w/ T-mobile agents at the Fayette Mall again.
We switched to t mobile not even 2 months ago from Verizon to get better service. We were told we could keep our lines and phones and get our final billed payoff as a credit. Boy were we not told the fine print! Apparently not all cell phones carried over are not under the promotion which we were not told at all! We were told our payoff would in fact be paid and it won't! I went to our local store to ask how to submit my final bill and they tried to help then had to call the manager. I waited 2 weeks and called customer service only to find out we didn't qualify for a payoff promotion with the phones we carried over..I even traded 2 phones in for 2 new ones and a watch.. so I am now out $375 and had to pay that off and the t mobile bill in the same week. Customer service rep was very nice and tried to figure out why we would get 1 of the promotions but couldn't fix. I told her our local store needs better training and to make sure they tell us everything beforehand. I'm abit upset for
I currently have three lines on the Simple Choice unlimited plan. I’ve had this plan for over 5 years. One of the three lines was obtained through a promotion: “$40 This One's on Us (AAL) (Additional Lines)” Basically I pay $100 for three lines after the $40 discount. If I were to migrate to Magenta Max plan will the promotion carry over or will I need to pay for all three lines.
Tmobile error:Your order has been cancelled. If you’d like to complete this transaction, please visit a T-Mobile Store

I am trying to buy a phone from bestbuy and activate with T-mobile. Its asking for last 4 digits of SSN. When I enter, T mobile is not able to validate it due to issues from their side. The customer care said, the primary account holder should go to T-mobile store and update the SSN in person with valid ID. The store representative said they dont have a way to update it in their store. Both are blaming each other and it looks like there is no way to enter SSN. It looks like T-mobile system is corruped. How can they loose a persons SSN and there is no way to enter again. Whats the solution ?
I marked my phone as lost as thought possibly left at the restaurant but the hotel hasn’t had it reported and it goes straight to VM which it wouldn’t do as not low battery and didn’t have turned off. Used find my phone and it showed where I was last but obviously stolen. What do I do, there are no Tmobile stores in mexico. Will assurant cover?
I have a prepaid, active Alcatel Linkzone that stopped working this month. After successfully connecting to it via WiFi, it asks me to “Sign in to [SSID]” and takes me to the T-mobile homepage on both my phone and laptop. It has good signal and I’m able to browse the T-mobile webpage, but not proceed to any other websites; signing into my account does nothing. I’ve reset the device back to factory settings and reconfigured it to no avail.I took it with me out of state for Thanksgiving, and it hasn’t worked for me since returning. There is plenty of data on my account.
Now I understand why t-mobile is only half the price of Verizon. The tech support is inexperienced, undertrained, at times incorrect, and sometimes there is a language barrier issue. We are not asking the tech support person where the bathroom is, we are trying to explain something technical - I’ve spent hours with no success. I did get 2 problems solved by a local store rep, but other problems remain. Well, Let’s hope it’s worth the $150 a month I saved on a family plan, lol.
