I am getting a new phone. It uses a different-sized SIM card than my old phone. How do I get a new SIM card, and what is the process of getting the new phone active with my existing T-Mobile number? It is hard for me to get out, so I'd prefer not to have to go to a store.
Hi, I have an inactive (I want it to stay inactive) $40 Simply Prepaid 10GB LTE – Unlimited Talk, Text, Data plan that has been inactive since mid/late August. All of the sudden, I am able to receive and make phone calls. I can't send or receive text messages though. Why is this happening? I am looking at my account right now and it has $0 balance and it says my line is suspended and if I want to renew it will be $40. I called a representative and she was not helpful at all and said something about nothing to worry about and it happens sometimes.Also it says, "You must have enough in your prepaid service balance on 11/14/2019 to renew your service" what happens if I don't happen to renew it by then? I don't plan on renewing it til maybe December.Thanks for reading. I am going to also try and call back again and try to get a better answer.
So I closed my account back in June 2019 and I got a collection notice for $30 bucks but forgot all about it. Now i get another call from some Amsher collection agency and I googled it and found out it was related to tmobile and then it ticked! I totally forgot about my collection bill. So. I called Tmobile customer service and they advised since the account has just recently been closed I can go into a Tmobile Store to pay off my bill and I did so today. Now what happens next?
I have a Note 9 that I bought from Samsung.I switched over from ATT to Tmobile months ago. My new SIM card has a different number from what I used because I kept my number. Well, I was using a 3rd party message app and it allowed me to put in my current phone number. Well, I had to change to the messages app on my phone when I connected a Samsung smartwatch. Now, when send messages in a group, I am also receiving the message as if I am another person. I am sending myself the text message as well as the group. How do I get my phone to recognize my number and not the SIM card number when I send messages?
I would like to be able to know whether an outgoing call from my phone was answered, or whether it simply rang without being picked up on the other end.The "Call Details" page on My T-Mobile does not appear to have this information: it only gives the date/time, phone number called, length of call, type, and charge.Is there any way to determine this information?Thanks.
Hello,I am hoping a TMobile representative in marketing or the technical side can help the ASUS ROG Phone 2 Community.I have been in touch with ASUS over and over again via Phone, Email, Message Board, and even though I have explained the situation over and over again, they don't seem to grasp how important VoLTE is to US carriers.I am writing this message for help from someone at Tmobile to reach out to ASUS and get this phone certified for their networks.The ROG Phone 2 is the fastest Android phone on the market, and if TMobile could get this phone on their network (even better if in stores) this phone would sell extremely well. "Androids fastest phone on the fastest network" sorta thing.Please help those trying to get this phone certified. Any assistance is greatly appriciated.Ed
I used to be a T-mobile Prepaid customer on their $40 unlimited talk, text and 10 GB of data plan. A couple of weeks ago I got a text from T-mobile about the 2 lines for $65 deal, so on Saturday I went to a T-mobile store to have my wife moved over to T-mobile. However at the t-mobile store, after a really long time, I was told that the online system doesn't give the option of evening scanning a sim card that could be placed in my wife's phone. However I was made to pay $25, and then $11.03 at the store to change my current pre-paid plan to the new "2 for $65" one. So basically on my account it now states that I have the 2 for $65 plan, however it just has my phone line in there. What do I do to have my wife on there too as the second line? She has an unlocked iphone by the way.Thank you so much!
I have been using the app for a while now and it stopped working. It tries to load the first page where it has the video filling in the screen and I don't get the video I get the play button (triangle) with a line through it and the app stops. I have tried resetting the phone. I have deleted all data on the phone and restored it. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I still get the same screen.

Our security cameras are set up to send an email alert and they include a photo from the camera. We just switched from verizon to T-Mobile and they stopped working. I changed the email address to PHONENUMBER@tmomail.net. A single test message without photo's works fine. Any messages with photo's is being blocked, see below. My family and I have T-mobile ONE plan and I'm going to Japan soon. I need clarification on making calls.When does 20c/min apply? I'd like to know how it's charged in these cases:1) I call my family in US.2) My family in US calls me in Japan.3) I call my friend in Japan who has Japanese phone number while I am in Japan.4) My friend who has Japanese number calls me in Japan.I use iPhone. Hi there,I bought my LG phone at a T-mobile store 2 1/2 years ago (it was paid in full right then and there) and have been using the prepaid plan. Now I just recently moved back to Germany but I am unable to unlock the phone to use a different sim card and I am not getting any help from customer service. All I get is a number to call in the states but that won't do me much good here in Germany. Have no idea how much that would actually cost. Anyway, I was trying to get a code to unlock the phone but it does not seem to work with t-mobile. Please help! Thank you.
This is an extremely frustrating, reoccurring, intermittent issue that seems only to have temporary fixes. This has been going on for months. I have tried on Google Chrome, on Microsoft Edge, on Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox to refill my prepaid account. Sometimes, it will work, but most of the time what happens is I log in, I click the "Refill account" button, and I choose credit card at the bottom of the page (choosing the other options doesn't make a difference). It loads the page, I see it for a split second ... then it goes back to the page with the "Refill account" button. It seems like such an important issue should be addressed sooner. I have talked to support several times and they always, always tell me to just try a different browser, and it only works 1/10th of the time. One tried to get me to tell them my credit card information in the chatbox by the way. I like Tmobile, but I'm very close to finding a company who has a working website instead.
I used the mailing label provided by T-mobile and had USPS pick up the package. The tracking, however, shows only that the label was created and not yet in the system. When asked, USPS explained that the returns agent hasn't picked up the package yet. Is anyone else having the same problem?
I sent back my phone via their envelope, and tracking showed that they received the package on September 23. But I received a notice from them asking for my phone. I called them 3 times- the first two time they said that they needed to check with the wherehouse to see if the phone was received. After the 2nd phone call, at their request, I launched an investigation with the postal service, who said that the package was not missing an item when it was delivered. I called a 3rd time today- they claimed that the package arrived w/o a phone inside it. Very frustrating- I was given a referral by the supervisor to write corporate.I can't believe that I am going to be charged for a phone that doesn't charge and apparently has a cracked screen in the amount of up to 800 dollars. I would have been much better off not purchasing insurance or taking a hammer to the phone and reporting it as completely destroyed.I'd suggest that you in the same situation purchase insurance and pay for the co

Hi.I used 1line for 5days, it means it was supposed to be charged $15, but it was charged $84.So I contacted T-mobile by using the app, and they told me I should wait until 9/26th to correct the wrong charge.But nothing was changed on 9/26th, and the worse thing is the app is not working at all.How can I get back the wrong charge.
