I was billed a full month and not prorated when I switched from T-mobile to another provider though there is nothing in my contract or paperwork that states a full month would be due. I had a "No contract" for the last 7 years and when I called to switch and went to pay no one ever mentioned that a full month would be due.till I called customer service. How is this possible?
I'm expecting an SMS from Twitter cause my account got locked and I already have my phone number registered on my account, but whenever I try to send the SMS it won't arrive on time. I also tried to do the method where you text "STOP" and "GO" to 40404 (the number carrier) but it always tells me "Service access denied." I heard about premium SMS, but it's not on my phone and I tried looking for it as close as I can, but to no avail. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

I recently signed up for Magenta 55 service.at the store. Was told my purchase documents would be available online. Well, I found them, tried to download and open them, but they are all in text format -- just a bunch of gibberish. I can't seem to be able to convert them into PDF or open them in that format. So how can I get paper copies mailed to me?
Hi,We are looking at moving to T-Mobile from AT&T. One thing we are trying to do is reduce the insane amount of spam, robo and marketing calls our kids get from previous owners of their numbers. When at the TM store yesterday, the sales person told me there is an unlimited amount of numbers that can be added if we want to only allow approved numbers through to our kids devices (White-List). But when looking online, I only saw a max of 10 numbers. That would not even come close to working, so I am just trying to get the truth - how many numbers we can allow in a family allowance "white-list" (only allow these numbers) list? Also, can anyone tell me, if you have found any good parental control apps/ecosystems for a mixed environment (android and ios phones). We used to use screen-time which works ok, in a pure ios house, and I have seen google's thing which only works in a pure android house. I have looked into Net Nanny, Qustudio, and Bark. Any other suggestions, or thoughts on those
I have a locked T-mobile galaxy s10. T-mobile submitted my phone for unlock and its still locked after 6 days. Customer service said it qualified for unlock and that I would hear back in 24 to 72 hours via email about the unlock and then 24 hours later I would be able to unlock the phone, that was on the 12th it is now the 18th. Its been well over 120 hours and I still have not gotten the email. I bought the phone with cash at a T-mobile store and have been using their service with that phone for 3 months, and their service with other phones for many more months than that. I need the phone unlocked because my new job I am about to start will require me to use different phone services at times. It's a little ridiculous that if you buy a phone up front with cash that its even locked at all. Customer service said it qualified for unlock. I called again on 9/16 and the lady said it was submitted for unlock and that there was not much else they could do which seems a little ridiculous just
I usually keep my voice mailbox full and I'll delete a few messages when needed, i.e. when I've put out job applications or resumes. However lately rather than tell the caller that my voicemail is full and saying thank you for calling, goodbye, it gives them the option "to send an SMS notification, press 5" and will keep repeating that option if they do nothing. It will only hang up automatically if they use that option, which results in me getting a text message from short code 129 stating "Please call 1234567890"As far as I know this never used to be an option, is there a way to disable it? All my friends and coworkers will send me a text if I don't answer, so I'd rather not have this feature. I did call my voicemail and search within the options but I didn't find anything.
Hi All,My account renewed two days ago (autopay, prepaid account) and since then I can't access internet using the network data, only wifi. I have the 4g lte connection, nothing changed on my side, same fone, same places as the last few years. When I try to access "my tmobile" website, it shows my account as active, but there is a exclamation mark in red right next to it. If I try to access my profile, I can't see my address (says service unavailable), can't edit my info. I've tried to reload apn settings, I've tried calling and live chat, no one knows what's going on with my account. I know my card was charged as usual. Please I need help, someone with access to accounts would please check what's going on? Thanks!
Hello,When my phone receives a text/mms, I believe it goes through some third-party to determine whether it is likely spam or not....if it thinks the message is likely spam, it would be going to be rejected....What I am curious is that is there any way at my end that I could add set up a sort of whitelist? I meant...Let's say, for example, I know the fact is that text message/or mms coming from 123-456-7890 or even firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT a spam. So I could set up those list so that anything coming from those whitelist should not be filtered out so that I can receive it....Is this something possible somehow? Thanks,
I recently bought a new phone for my prepaid plan. The store helped me set it up, but now I need to re-enroll in auto pay. When I try to login to my account on the TMobile page I get a message that says "we have run into an issue when linking this number to the profile". I tried calling the number they suggested but I cannot get ahold of a real person and not being able to get into your account is not an option on the automated system. Please let me know how I can get into my account, thanks.
I had purchased My Note 8 from Samsung.com with tmobile. Since it was paid in full and i met all the unlock eligibility requirements Tmobile reps were able to help Unlock my Phone. I had some issues with my phone's display and after sending it for service twice and being unable to fix the issue, Samsung REPLACED and sent a New Note 8 to me tied to Tmobile as my original device was with tmobile. This replacement device was NOT UNLOCKED and I tried to reach out to several Tmobile reps on the Chat available in the Tmobile App and get it done since I still met all the eligibility criteria.I was approved the unlock by them but Anytime I try using the DEVICE UNLOCK APP I get an error the moment i hit continue- "Device not recognized by your service provider. Please call customer care".Ever since I've tried to talk to 5 to 6 reps and one expert- who have helped raised an unlock request for me which didn't work, then asked me to use the device for 7 days which didn't help, then for 40 days and
I purchased a 10 day pass for $35 and i am currently being billed per minute for phone calls. Customer support told me its because i am on the simple global plan, which disqualifies me for the free calls but i still get High speed data. However, i added this feature 2 months ago and paid nothing to call the US from the same source country (UK).who is correct and what should i do if i am correct?
HiyoI was lured by the https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/prepaid-internet page offering 2GB of DATA for $10 a month. A bit more description copy/paste:"SIMPLE CHOICE PREPAID MOBILE INTERNET Data for your device starting at $10/month. Get more out of your tablets, hotspots, and wearables with 4G LTE data that goes with you. No annual contracts. No credit checks."The lowest option they have there: "$10 Choose how much data you want. Use up to 2GB of 4G LTE data a month."However when I try to switch to it using my mobile online access the minimum option is $20 per the same 2GB.Am I understanding tariffs wrongly?Phone support routed me three times and gave no answer claiming they don't know what I am talking about. The last line of support couldn't even access that page to confirm and simply disconnected me. Experience was atrocious to say the least.PS the added pain is that you can only do online access when online via 4g and can't do it from wifi.Help 😊
I phoned yesterday to change my account to cease one of my phone numbers and paid $50 for the next month.I was told to phone back today to confirm the cease order but my account has been frozen because I haven't paid for the second phone! How can I fix this mess when I cant even phone the T-Mobile freephone number?
We made this account a while back ago. My mom was the one who originally made the plan for my brothers and I. Now when my mom made the account she said she did not give a ssn so when it comes to setting the primary account holder we unfortunately cant because we do know the ssn on the account or what the pin is either. I just want to know how to set up a primary account holder so we can start making changes on the account online
