paying for stuff i dont have but told ive used

Almost a year i have not been able to use the hot spot that I pay for. I've spoken to multiple people and basically got told I did use it but my device will not allow it. I got frustrated and swore id leave sprint tmobile whoever this is. My point is you take money from me easily but have zero resources to view help my issue. I have seen photos emails and im not going into a store unless its to cancel so help me please. Because $200 a month is insane and I dont use any of this crap.

Some please HELP!

Back in Jan 2020 I began a Sprint Flex Lease and it ended I'm Oct 2021.Oct 30th my Note 10 broke so I upgraded to my S21 through Tmobile.Well, I live in NJ and didn't know I could only purchase my phone THE DAY my lease ended or it would turn into a month to month lease.It is now May and I'm still paying for the old Note 10 I broke and don't have anymore.Customer Service WILL NOT HELP,I called too many times and nobody will help me and I'm sick over this.Do I call a lawyer? I just want to know how I can pay off this Note 10 and move one..Again I understand I live in a state where I could only purchase the phone the day of the end if my lease but I wasn't aware...Thanks Guys

Using DIGITS via VM VirtualBox Emulated Android Device

Has anyone tried to use DIGITS on a emulated Android device? I am running VM VirtualBox. Within this I am running a virtual Android device. I installed the DIGITS app via Google Play. Curiously, if I run the app without maximizing the created window, it asks for my T-Mobile ID - I enter it, and then my password, and click the login button. The little whirly circle appears on the screen, suggesting the information is being processed. After a moment the whirly circle disappears, and the screen is unchanged. There is no error message printed on the screen - but it does seem something is not working right. I do have the virtual device’s wifi working fine, otherwise I would not have been able to download DIGITS from Google Play. The emulated android device only has wifi - there is of course no actually ability to access the cellular network - but that *should* be fine for running DIGITS, or so I am told. For some reason, however, if when starting on the app, I hold the mouse click for an ex

A vax???

With thousands of businesses refusing to require the vax from hell, why are you still forcing your employees to get the shot by April 2nd or they will be fired. It is now not a requirement from the government from hell so why should you force your wonderful employees to take a jab for something that they know will hurt their body? Just letting you know that if this unlawful mandate is not overturned, I will be forced to find another phone company which I don’t want to do but I believe in the peoples’ rights not to be vaxed if they don’t want to.
