Back in April, T-Mobile quoted me $20 savings of savings per month (4-lines) for AutoPay enrollment. My bill amount has remained the same in May, June & July. Called today and spoke to a human. The guy told me my plan was too old to qualify for the discount. This seems like fraud.I asked him to consider honoring the quoted discount, or doing something financially in my favor to make me whole. He offered $1.37 of monthly savings all while thanking me for being with them for 18-years (since they were Voicestream Wireless. Anyone out there experience this issue with AutoPay? Any successful resolutions?
This account is currently getting 2FA authentication via SMS … that’s really hard for my mom on her flip phone, plus no authenticator (not that she could even open the app, look for the site and enter the code before it refreshes!). How can I set the 2FA to go to email?
So my fiance is currently being charged for a phone that he returned through his insurance coverage plan with T mobile. He was told that the phone was sent back and the warehouse received the package but apparently the phone was not inside it. So either this phone fell out or it was stolen, which is outside of his control of course. His phone service has been cut off 4 separate times now due to this issue and he keeps having to call during business hours and get it turned back on, which is very inconvenient, especially since one of those times a family member went missing and he could not make any calls. Today, he was told by one of the t mobile assurant representatives that he would have to call the United States Postal service himself for an investigation. As we know, investigations take a long time and his phone service keeps getting cut off randomly. Also, I am unsure whether it costs him anything to do the investigation and if it does cost money we will not pursue this unless T mo
I added my wife’s phone number to my account today, but when I sign in now, I cannot see my phone information. It lists both phone numbers on the main page, but when I click “details” on my phone number, it just shows me her account balance, etc. I sign in online and do not have data on my phone so I don’t use the app.
my aunt who lives in spokane, wa is in charge of my bank card and I live in tacoma, wa, if she goes to a t-mobile store in spokane and I go to a t-mobile store in tacoma and my aunt gives the card info to the Spokane T-Mobile store would i be able to get a phone at the Tacoma T-Mobile store?
I switched from optinummobile by suddenlink, so i was suppose to get a free phone i was pushed into getting the nord plus well the phone was defective. T-mobile sent me another phone. I REALLY CANT TELL YOU how many times ive had to call on the behalf of this account. Now i need to add that i added my husband a line from another company. They then offered me to buy a line and get a line free each with phones and OF COURSE SIMS CARDS. 9 days later iḿ still to receive ANYTHING i printed 110 pieces of pages of information thats attatched to my account. I don't understand what this purchase was for since it didn't increase my phone balance? My number was suspended at 07/02 then I had to pay one month fee manually for the July prepaid. So what was this purchange? Could you give me more information? Why did it happen?
