Hi. I joined T-Mobile last week with my family on a Magenta® MAX 55+ program. Among the various conditions that we were offered, we were told that if we move with three lines, the third line will be free, and that our monthly bill will be $90. After two days I received my first bill for $135, charging me for the third line. I was sure that it was a mistake, and called to ask T-Mobile to fix it. But I was told that they are “sorry” and that I am “ineligible for the promotion”. I asked to speak with a supervisor that apologized for the “miscommunication” but said that she could not help.Do other people have an experience of being mislead when joining T-Mobile? If so, did you get it resolve? What’s a good way to deal with this.Thanks.
Hi I’m a relatively new T-Mobile Money customer and a long time T-Mobile customer and would like to know if there is a way or if there are plans to all T-Mobile Money customers to link their accounts to services using the Plaid platform? I understand that T-Mobile Money is a subsidiary of BankMoblie which was a part of Customers Bank, and when I have connect my account through other services by using my ACH information it comes up Customers Bank. However, if I attempt to use Plaid I cannot log in through Customers Bank or through BankMobile to link my account which is very debilitating in how I use my money. Are there plans to make this type of connectivity functionable?
I purchased an iphone 11. It has a rebate of $580. The rebate requires a trade in, and I mailed in my old iphone 6s to Assurant with the prepaid label given at time of purchase. The tracking number shows no activity after the iphone 6s was accepted by USPS. (Tracking number: 92162901067815500230947524). It simply says "in transit" and has said so for 2 weeks. I have opened a a "missing mail" inquiry (USPS Missing Mail Search ID: 7879319). RIght now, T-mobile has notes in my account that I have inquired about this, and that I have filled out a missing mail search with USPS. The phone must be received by December 4 or else the rebate is denied. (At this point, I assume the iphone 6s will never be found.) My question: Has T-mobile ever honored a rebate if the trade-in phone is lost by USPS?
Recently we added the Unlimited Stateside International calling plan to all of our business lines. Then, starting last week whenever we make an international call we get a recording that says "to complete your call please dial XX" where XX is some random two digit number. I looked this up and found on this page: Make an international call which says, "Things you should knowWhen calling some countries, you may hear an automated message prompting you to enter a random digit between 0 and 9 in order to complete the call. T-Mobile added this extra step to help prevent fraud, and it's only needed when calling certain international locations."Of course we were not advised of this when we added the Stateside International Calling feature and to make matters worse it's not just to "certain international locations"- its on EVERY international call. Over 90% of our international calls are to the UK and the UK is hardly a high fraud calling destinationThis is causing a lot of distress for our us
I've been seeing this off and on for months in group texts mostly, but also in direct texts as well. The problem is that text messages are often delayed by up to 24 hours and then dumped all at once into my phone. This is looking to be a TMobile issue. I'm on an iPhone 11 Pro with the latest version of iOS. To sum up:This is only with text messages, not iMessage or other messaging apps. This happens when I have a good signal and a wifi connection in my house, but it has also happened when I'm out and have only cellular, but still a good signal. The other people in group chats are spread across numerous different carriers. None of them have reported this. The usual phone troubleshooting steps (quit the Messages application, restart the phone, etc) do absolutely nothing.I checked the activity logs in my TMobile account. The text messages in question all came through at the same time according to the logs. It looks like it's somehow getting delayed inside of TMobile's system.I've missed some
I have tried to create an online account at irs.gov and go to the step where they ask for a mobile phone number to verify my identity. When I enter my T-Mobile phone number, I receive an error message saying "We weren't able to verify your identity using your phone." I am the primary account holder of T-Mobile account. T-Mobile support states they do not know the reason for this failure. Is this just me or for everyone on T-Mobile?
Hi All,My account renewed two days ago (autopay, prepaid account) and since then I can't access internet using the network data, only wifi. I have the 4g lte connection, nothing changed on my side, same fone, same places as the last few years. When I try to access "my tmobile" website, it shows my account as active, but there is a exclamation mark in red right next to it. If I try to access my profile, I can't see my address (says service unavailable), can't edit my info. I've tried to reload apn settings, I've tried calling and live chat, no one knows what's going on with my account. I know my card was charged as usual. Please I need help, someone with access to accounts would please check what's going on? Thanks!
You know sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction. I’ve not only worked in the telecom industry but have been using cellular phone carriers for over 20 years. If what I’m about to tell you didn’t happen to me, I wouldn’t believe it. Here’s what happened…I switched from AT&T to a T-Mobile prepaid account a couple of months ago, because quite frankly all I need is a phone that makes calls and sends and receives texts. I’m usually around WiFi, so don’t require more than 2GB of data a month, and with the economy going the way that it is, I thought that saving a few bucks wouldn’t be a bad idea. So, I ported my phone number over to T-Mobile (not the first time I’ve used T-Mobile) and all was great. I have had zero issues. I use a Samsung Galaxy Xcover Pro and it works really well on T-Mobiles network.A while back my Fiance got laid off from Rack Space Hosting. She was an applications engineer and they were closing her dept. and moving it to India - cheaper labor. She wanted to cut d
Hello,I need help and T-mobile customer service on the phone is very difficult to talk to. Although they are nice, and they seem eager to help, they do not understand the problem and they keep making up answers hoping one of them will stick. None of the stick.IntroductionI had service starting in late August, and in mid October, I spoke to a T-mobile agent online and requested that my account be terminated after the current bill ends. He informed me that I couldn't get a refund for previously paid bills because those bills were for the current month of services. Okay, fine. I asked to cancel the day the cycle ends so I would use all my paid for services without owing anything. He confirmed that I would not owe anything after that. The agent did not wait until the end of the cycle and instead, cancelled my service right away, with a week or so that I paid for that I didn't get back. No problem. They can keep it. The ProblemT-mobile kept my autopay still going, and my bills keep coming e

Hi all,Been having this problem for a while and I feel like I've tried everything on my end-- my phone just won't receive verification codes from a number of websites I have accounts with, and I've checked my content blocking settings (which are off) numerous times. Some texts are received, but many are not. What can I do to fix this? Is there a way I can whitelist certain websites to ensure I receive their communications? Thanks!
We have a mobile hotspot device with 6 Gb of data and i have always used the binge on feature and never finished all 6 Gb but last month i finished all of the data and i only use it for stuff under the binge on streaming list. This month the data restarted the 15th of October and now I only have 3 Gb left when i have only used the data for streaming youtube which should be on the binge on list. I have checked the media preferences and HD resolution is off and it says that binge on is on but why is it using the data. If anyone can help i would appreciate it. Thanks
I have been with Tmobile for a while now. I have a old iPhone 7. Been trying to upgraded but all these deals they have you have to add a line. The business model for Tmobile is let me get you a deal at the start but not give you anything later when your with us for a while. I have four lines and don't want to add another line. I just want to get another deal on the iPhone without adding a line. Is anyone on the same boat as me. Speak up or this won't change. I think I might switch carrier.

I bought an iPhone on a large shopping platform in China, and I didn't use the Chinese SIM network. I've learned from many sources that this iPhone is a T-Mobile version. I have to contact you on T-Mobile. I can't speak English and have failed several times to communicate with the telephone customer service. It's inconvenient to communicate. I can only use software to translate, but this iPhone has to unlock the network password to use sim in China. On the Internet, I also spent a lot of money to buy, if you see, please help, for this matter, contact you spent a lot of energy.
We just upgraded our 4 iPhones with the On Us with Apple AirPods promotion with rebates. We are already regretting it.First the promotion credits to your account are spread over 30 months. That’s 30 months that you are now locked into T-Mobile.Second the promotion / rebate site DOES NOT WORK. When I contacted T-Mobile they sounded surprised that I was having an issue. Search the forums and you will see that this has been an issue for a lot of customers. This is a bait and switch tactic. I regret upgrading with T-Mobile. We should have just moved to Verizon.Since T-Mobile customer service monitors this forum, I want the rebates for the AirPods and iPhone trade ins taken care of immediately or I will report this to the BBB. This is clearly a known issue that T-Mobile has failed to address.
T-Mobile used to be great, but I guess because they took over Sprint, they’re trying to be as awful as them. 1) I supposedly have 600mhz towers in my area, yet none of my devices will ever connect to them, despite being compatible. Therefore, unless I’m on WiFi, my ”service“ is either nonexistent or just so insultingly weak that I may as well not have any bars. 2) “Netflix on us” which is why I’m still paying extra for it, even having 2 voice lines. 3) Finding out that T-Mobile hates customers who need only one voice line. They start penalizing you by charging you so much more that there is no difference in the prices between them and Verizon. Got a tablet? Expect to pay even more than that. I would need a phone, tablet, or watch line, and if I were to get the 30gb LTE hotspot here, it’d cost me $40 more here than it would with Verizon per month. Again, i only want my plan for myself, and TMobile penalizes you by charging you more money for that. 4) The worst of it? T Mobile doesn’t g
What are peoples' experiences with the spam rules at tmomail.net? I can email aSMS or MMS from one external account hosted in Amazon's cloud, but not anotheraccount at a slightly less mainstream but perfectly legitimate email provider. Nobounce came back from the failure, it was just never delivered. The gateway is handy, especially for folks with old phones/accounts that can't text.I'd be interested in others' results, like sending from gmail, comcast, aol, hotmail, fastmail, etc. Does a quick test msg get through to YOURNUMBER@tmomail.net?I found old threads describing messages getting outright rejected, but the silentdrop is a different problem.
Hi,I’m very confused about the international rates when making a WiFi call to a number overseas on a T-Mobile One plan. According to the support page, which I have read a thousand times, wifi calls are billed at 0.20$ per minute to most countries. But I’ve been now billed over $200 (over 3.00$ per minute) for one call to a Netherlands mobile and a second call to a Switzerland landline. How is this possible? If the policy on the website is incorrect, it should be fixed. I would also ask to be reimbursed for these two calls as the policy was misleading (I would have called from another phone had I not already read the policy and been assured the rate would be 0.20$ per minute.text and link below: lIf you have a T-Mobile ONE or Simple Choice rate plan:From any Simple Global country to any other country are $0.20/min (same as cellular). From non-Simple Global countries to other countries are charged at World Class rates.Wi-Fi CallingHow do I get this resolved?
