Hello, I got a Galaxy 4 watch a few months ago and am finally getting into it but can’t setup the mobile plan. When I couldn’t set it up I reset it to start the setup over, but it asks for a qr code and I have no idea how/where to get one. On my T Mobile account my watch is listed as an “unknown device” which I’m guessing is because the sim isn’t recognized yet. My watch came from Samsung and not T Mobile because at the time they were out of them. Any help not involving going to a store would be great, because I’ve got a 1 year old all day lol Thanks!
Signed up with this company when it was still Voicestream back in 1998. Have been a loyal customer ever since. Bill is paid monthly, on time every single time. I see the commercials on TV talking about all the wonderful offers they have for new customers. Makes me angry every time. Why? Because after being a loyal customer for TWENTY-FOUR YEARS I still don’t get treated as well as new customers when they sign on. Currently TMO is offering new devices, price lock guarantees that rates will never go up, and even up to $1000 FOR NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY… what are they offering me? Nothing. They of course have “promotions” for me… which is a disguised sales pitch that I get something new and shiny…. but still have to pay for it; even though I have 5 lines, and two smart watch lines already, they want me to start a new line in order to get something they’re offering on “promotion”. They have taken from me the equivalent of enough money to have purchased more than TWO CARS over the past 2
I am unable to make a Sprint or T-mobile account. When I try to make a T-mobile account, it asks for a phone number. I type my phone number in, press enter, and it redirects me to Sprint’s log in page. I have never made a Sprint account, I am not the person who pays the bill/ Account owner. When I try to create one, it tells me it can’t show me information related to this phone on sprint.com. Why? I just want Device User account. Where can I get information? I can’t receive texts or calls now with the network shutdown and am extremely frustrated.
Ever since I have switched to eSim, I have to restart my phone constantly to make any calls. No one can get through to my number, and when I try to dail a number, any number, the call immediately goes to call ended. Texts seem to work fine, and I can surf the web, just no calls without restarting my phone. Toggling airplane mode does work sometimes also. I have a S21 Ultra, it's getting old quick.
I am wondering if my domain riseup.net is getting spam by your filters. I use to be able to get email to texts. I haven’t for the past 2 months, can you help? I have called tech support multiple times and each person I speak with they have no clue of this feature. Very confused how they do not know when Tmobile offers it. Anyways can you help with this?
I am having the following issue and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem:I switched from AT&T after checking that my current phone was eligible for the Keep and Switch promotion, paid off my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 4G), ported my number, kept all my receipts from when I paid off my phone, and I still get the message that “You do not have an eligible device to bring to T-Mobile, but you may still be eligible to purchase...” blah, blah, blah when I go to switch2t-mobile.com.Thing is, I DO have an eligible phone according to the website, even put in my IMEI number to make sure it was eligible for the promotion. I can’t even get to the point where I submit my documentation, receipts, screenshots, etc., it just punts me back to the error message page.I hope some of you have found a resolution to this problem, and that no one else is having it. I’ve spent way too many hours dealing with this.
After having been enrolled in autopay ever since I started on the prepaid plan, last month I received notification that autopay was unsuccessful. My card number did not change. I logged into the T-Mobile website to re-enter my card info, the website said it was an invalid card number (it’s not.). I called customer service… the representative was very nice, and entered my card number multiple times on her computer. She kept getting the same invalid card number message (again… it’s not.) I went to my local T-Mobile store, and waited for a while, then a representative was able to process my payment in-store. The point of autopay is convenience, but if I’m going to have to go to the store ever time I need to make a payment because they can’t solve the problem which is obviously on their end… I might just switch carriers. Any idea as to what the problem is?
I like to pay my bill online. Every time, it does not recognize my password. I write it down on my password book and make sure I am right. Some months, I have to keep typing my password few times to get log in. Now I have to change my password every months. Why do have to waste my time like this? Why can’t I simply e-mail T-mobile? No e-mail address on the website. Support does not help for my questions. I hate T-mobile. I don’t want someone to call me back and waste more time. fix
I'm trying to receive my paperless bill notification via email in addition to text updates. When I got online to Profile -> Billing & Payments -> Paperless Billing, edit settings by selecting the check mark next to my email address and check the T's&C's at the bottom, I receive the error message below.I've tried changing email addresses in my profile but still receive the same error message regardless of email address. Multiple calls to Customer Service haven't resolved.Looking for help!?!
I love to eat from Which-fill-A; however, can’t make the orders using my T-Mobile phone on its network EVEN with 5G and all the bars. It doesn't connect with the servers there and doesn't allow the orders to go through when trying to make a mobile order. Now, I changed from AT&T but my wife’s work phone is under that company. If we use the AT&T phone as a hub, connect the T-Mobile to it and then make the order it works perfect. This happens EVERY TIME for the past year or more, in many if not all stores in the east coast or at least Florida. So my honest question. Is AT&T a better network? and Should I go back?
I recently switched to T Mobile after being a Verizon Wireless customer for 20+ years. I thought I was saving $35 a month! I work from home and rely on good service. On a daily basis, I drop at least 4-5 calls or can’t pick up an incoming call or make an outgoing. I will be switching back to Verizon in the next few days.
After paying all the lease payments for my iPhone, I wanted to pay the $100 cost and purchase it and was told by the online chat that that is illegal in NJ and a few other states. Has this happened to anybody else? It doesn’t make any sense at all--and it is not what I understood when I took the upgrade.
After being on hold and dealing with about 7 different people while trying to transfer my account to my son’s name, repeating every step at least 5-6 times with each new person, TMOBILE hung up on us. The elapse time was about 90+ minutes. Incredibility frustrating. And their on hold music absolutely SUCKS and is horrible. Now we have no idea where we are with TMOBILE and what state my account is in. Frustrating. Absolutely horrible customer service.
I want to get a new line and a new phone on my account for someone who does not live in my area. When I was going through the steps of buying the new phone and adding service to it, it specifically mentioned my state for taxes. Where in the process can I choose a phone number in a different state? Getting another phone with a number in my state is not acceptable for my purpose.
Setting Up account on the website. The website is almost always failed. It asks to link the mobile phone. When number entered it does not send the “confirmation code” It wont allow you to do anything until confirmation code entered. 4. Phone works as I sent and recieved messages, and number entered correctly.Trash garbage service. Pathetic website. Total waste of money. Anyone reading, USE ANOTHER COMPANY
When going to a local store to add a new line to my account. I was helped by a young man, his name is Gabriel Diaz. While assiting me he was given my debit card, and my drivers license. Before I left the store I was told the only charges would be $14.99 and it would be billed to my account. Two days later I became a victim of theft at the hands of Gabriel Diaz. I had $250 taken out of my personal bank account. Two wire transfer money orders were personally wired to Gabriel Diaz. I have talked to T Mobile about this incident. I have recently found out that Gabriel Diaz continues to work for your company at the location I visited. It leads me to wonder how many people have been victimized by Gabriel Diaz and have gone undetected. I wonder why no action has been taken against him.. I have solid proof from my financial institution.
I contacted T-Mobile prior to departing the US for a lengthy stay in Europe. I wanted to ensure that my phone was unlocked so that I could use an Italian SIM card while visiting my family there. The agent with whom I spoke found it difficult to verify whether the phone was actually unlocked. She informed me that I would, in any event, be able to get some limited access to the internet while overseas and that she would do follow-up to ensure that the phone was unlocked (I have been a Sprint/T-mobile customer for many years and my prior phone had been unlocked; I wanted to ensure that the new Revvl phone supplied by T-Mobile was also unlocked). When I arrived in Europe, I was able to access the internet. However, shortly after arriving I received notification that my auto-pay was set to pay a bill that was significantly higher than usual. My previous bills had been for $90 a month; this was for $150 circa. I have since received a second bill at the higher rate. I have now discove
I cannot receive SMS messages from friends who use MVNO service providers (Mint, Tello, USMobile). I have gotten the most ridiculous replies from engineering regarding this issue. Upon further testing I found that if the MVNO phone sends an SMS to the phantom phone number associated with my digits SIM it goes through, however, if a customer of another cell provider send an SMS to that phantom number it does not go through. It seems the SMS messages coming from the MVNOs are not entering the digits system.I found the following 5 year old post at: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/5mzq1v/digits_beta_breaking_inbound_mvno_sms/which makes it seem that this is a really old issue. Is there a solution?I reported this issue to DIGITS advanced technical support and it's been relayed across to engineers. However, I'm curious to know if any other beta testers are hitting the issue.Scenario: I'm on T-Mobile Postpaid with 3 lines associated with DIGITS and my gf's line that isn't. My frie
I know this has been asked multiple times. Searched this forum, but cannot found an answer working for my scenario. I am a new t-mobile home internet user (and do not have a t-mobile phone line, either post-paid or pre-paid). When I tried to login to my t-mobile account to manage payments, I was asked to “Link your phone number to your My T-Mobile account: Enter the phone number below to link to your account, and we'll send a confirmation code for verification.”. After typing the 10-digit phone number coming with my home internet, I got the error “F451 Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later.”
Hello all. I just upgraded from a note 10 to an s22 ultra. I regularly use the tmobile tuesday fuel rewards offer and it always worked great on my old phone. I am wondering if there is some problem with my new phone as when I try to open the fuel rewards app it just shows the full screen logo but doesn't go any further and open the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted the phone and no improvement. I am curious if anyone else is running into this problem or if it is something I am doing. Thanks in advance.
