My plan is Magenta 1.0 Unlimited 55. I make calls to Japan. Different phone numbers give me different rates. For example, one number is defined as international discount. It is free. Another number is defined Japan and charges me $3/min. The plan description in T-Mobile say $0.25/min for international calls.
Both numbers (free and $3/min.) are on the landline. I thought it should be free for both because I heard that T-Mobile had special arrangement in Japan when I switched my plan from AT&T to T-Mobile.
I called and waited for a customer service (T-Mobile expert) for one hour and gave up. Can anyone help me?
