There was a promotion of a further $10 off for new subcribers of T-Mobile Home Internet with existing phone lines, making it $40 inclusive, but it appears that promotion has ended.

Call 611 on your phone and let them know what you're looking for. They'll help you out. The data service isn't that good but customer service is.
Thank you, I called them and they said that $10 discount promotion was over. They have new promotion now.
