Is it a backorder issue or poor customer service?


Ordered and paid $298.52 for a phone, 5 G Galaxy A32 , that's a promotional shtick. If only I knew this phone would exceed the 2 day free delivery online advertisement , speaking with outsourced support call center reps who are poorly underscripted in resolving matters, & a indefinite pending delivery date due to Sprint/tmobiles's desire to get more customers by offering the very phone just want my money at this point.
