I have spent the last 2 plus hours trying to update my cc by putting it in as new and setting it as default, and hitting save and submit and I never get a text saying it has worked, and the message on my home page says you are going to lose auto bill discount. But in reality I will lose my entire plan right? I called and the rep says there has been no update made, why does this not work
is this what they do to rip a plan you like away from you? I need a serious answer because I will need to start shopping for a new plan
