Is there an easy way to camncel one of my voice lines on line?

I got switched willy nilly to T-Mobile from Sprint and am finding the website hard to navigate. I don’t need my 2nd voice line and want to cancel it now. Spent time researching, no luck. I have called support and agreed to a callback which will be  “after more than 2 hours”.  Obviously they would rather i go on paying for a line i never use, but WTF?   Can anyone tell me simple steps to drop one of my lines?

There should be a way to suspend a line, through your account online. But I think it’s only for 12 months. But I think it’s ridiculous all together, hope that helps.
