Is this website working?

I’ve only used the T-Mobile website a few times. This evening I tried upgrading my device but when I try to check out nothing happens. Not sure if this is a common occurrence? Curious as to why it even lets me “check out” and enter card information if nothing happens.


My browser is up to date and I’m using fiber.

You might need to contact Customer Care.  A representative refreshed our account info and most things have worked fine when it comes to payments for us since.  If you need to activate a SIM though…  Good luck!  That still seems broken as of yesterday for us.
