Badge

I have submitted my documents for the keep and switch program and I am being told I am unqualified. My device from Verizon is part of the reimbursement program so I am not sure what the issue is. I have called customer service on 3 or 4 occasions and I was told my submission is pending. How long do I have to wait to be qualified?
