“Kept On Hold” Phone Order

So, We just switched our entire family to T Mobile. We ordered 2 of us new phones and they are back ordered, however I got an email that our card was declined. I called to verify the card and the agent at the T-Mobile store somehow entered in my card info wrong despite having my card in their hand?!!! Anyways, I got my card info updated last night and was told we are good to go and it was processed but today, nothing has updated. It still says “Kept on Hold.” Why??
