Does anyone know how long it takes for an e-mail address to be changed in the system? I have a legacy prepaid account that was moved over from the old to the new My T-Mobile earlier in the year.
I have changed the e-mail address in my profile twice now and any notifications (e.g. 2FA) still go to the original e-mail address. If I attempt to change it back to the original or second e-mail address, the system tells me those e-mails are already registered.
