The customer service for Tmobile has become bad, to put it mildly.    Im being overcharged on my monthly account, the service is worse than its ever been especially since i now am being FORCED  to pay  110 dollars a month instead of my 50 that I was paying.    Nobody will answer the phone because “our customer services representatives are busy helping other customers”  REALLY????  You get told they will call you back in 45 mins, 2Hours later there is still no answer.    This is disgusting customer service!

Have you tried reaching out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter?  They are usually very helpful.
