What happened to the team of experts? are they all on break? 45 minutes on hold now…. I want to buy a tablet but the website isn’t working right and my team of experts are on the lam apparently 

well over an hour now….. tapping foot impatiently 


Every night for 3 nights ive been waiting over 45 mins for someone to answer the phone.  I need a code to get the internet going. WTH


3 days without service an can't get ahold of anyone. Been on hold old fir over an hour!

Home internet keeps saying connected but no internet?

On hold for over an hour, again. Still waiting. Trying to figure out why they are billing me for an account that I was supposed to have opened, but didn’t. I don’t even have T-Mobile. With this crap level of customer service, I don’t know that I will ever make the move to TMo.

Hello: May I have the acct # you are calling about? Yes: #########

May I also have the pin # on the account?    Umm, No: It’s not my acct.

I’m sorry: We can’t access the acct information without a pin.

Is there anything else that I can’t help you with today?


I’m experiencing the same problem here…...

I'm a new customer of T Mobile. I called customer services several times, but I had to wait for more than 40 minutes to be helped. It's very frustrating…..


This segment says “Solved” I beg to difference, after being on hold for over 45 minutes. I am seriously considering moving my service to a provider who answers the phone! I also suggest others do the same as well.


After hours of waiting, once someone answers the phone they are usually from off shore with difficult to understand accents. While on hold see if you can “name that song”? Are they fing kidding? Name that song?? who came up with this wonderful waste of time while waiting on the phone?


Isn’t it sad??

They used to offer to call you back when it's your turn in cue.

Now they keep us on hold foreverrrrrr.

And outsource the calls.
