Lookout partnered w Tmobile froze

Since having to reset my phone I haven't been able to login to Lookout. When I reinstalled the app the login page is froze. I have taken it off and reinstalled several times. Lookout is.no help, and I'm a premium user. Please help me.

Troubleshooting

Try to re-create the issue

  1. Open Lookout.
  2. Try to perform the function that was not working and note any error messages.
  3. Verify your steps with the How-tos listed above.
  4. Try to perform a different function within Lookout and note the results.

Test your Internet access

  1. Open a browser and go to an external website, such as Google.com.
  2. If no access, turn off your device or remove and then re-insert the battery.
  3. Restart your device and try to access the internet again.

If the issue is still not resolved, contact Lookout Customer Support or email your issue to support@lookout.com. You can also contact T-Mobile Customer Service for further troubleshooting.

If you are a protection 360 subscriber that's the service that protects the phone with warranty and accidental and also provides T-Mobile's McAfee mobile security. You may be able to transition to that if lookout is not working.
