Lookout partnered w Tmobile froze

Since having to reset my phone I haven't been able to login to Lookout. When I reinstalled the app the login page is froze. I have taken it off and reinstalled several times. Lookout help, and I'm a premium user. Please help me.

Try to re-create the issue

  1. Open Lookout.
  2. Try to perform the function that was not working and note any error messages.
  3. Verify your steps with the How-tos listed above.
  4. Try to perform a different function within Lookout and note the results.

Test your Internet access

  3. Restart your device and try to access the internet again.

If you are a protection 360 subscriber that's the service that protects the phone with warranty and accidental and also provides T-Mobile's McAfee mobile security. You may be able to transition to that if lookout is not working.
