When I go to “manage add-ons” on the my.t-mobile.com website I keep getting an error saying:

Looks like we got our wires crossed.

We weren’t able to process your request at this time. Please try again later.
 
 

Any ideas when this will start working again? I guess I need to call to make a change to our data limits.

I’ve noticed that they work in the app, but not on the website.
