McAfee sign up page ends up failing

When I go through the sign up page and fill in all the info it want I then try and continue and get this error. Since T-Mobile has all the info required why don’t they do the sign-up since we don’t seem to be able to do it, kind of a catch 22.

I had the same problem.  Was using Microsoft Edge as my browser.

I don’t get this specific error in Chrome, but was unable to get it done there either. Looks like it’s partially registered but I can’t login! I’m still in catch 22. Looks like somebody did a lot of testing, not!

I got the same error message from McAfee so I called T-Mobile as the software is “McAfee Security for  T-Mobile.”  Wow has T-Mobile gone down hill since their merger with Sprint!  The first and only advice the Tech at T-Mobile gave?  Reset your device.  Now everywhere else they set forth different steps and reset is the last resort. But now with T-Mobile it’s the first step…...their Tech support pretty much sucks.   Oh, and farmed out now to the Philippines.

That’s not encouraging that you are seeing the same error a year after it was reported.
