Browser launches and it just stays on “Your redemption is in progress...”
I received the offer from a T-mobile Tuesday notification and downloaded the MLB app then jumped back on the T-Mobile app and hit redeem, I would try the steps again to see if you can redeem the offer, If that don’t work chat with a T-mobile rep.
Tried to redeem first thing this morning. 9 hours later it is still in “Your redemption is in progress...” Tried numerous alternatives. On my laptop through my account. On my pc through the email T-Mobile sent. Those both reference me back to the app. No joy here so far.
I can get it on my phone but not the Roku. Anyone else having this problem? It worked last year
log in to your T-Mobile account. see if you can access it from there.
if i send the redemption URL to the computer I get invalid code
are you attempting to redeem on your phone? if so, try using a different way to redeem your code. i used my laptop to redeem mine as the wording is easier to see. see if you can get it done that way.
I left it like that overnight. Just started it over again
