Mother lost balances on legacy accounts. Is it possible to recover anything?

My mother has two legacy Tmobile plans that she's just been topping off with $10 every year as emergency phones for herself and my father. She's become somewhat forgetful of late, and didn't remember to refill until about a month and a half after the service lapsed. She still has the phone numbers, but the balances on both accounts are now at the $10 she put in, whereas they were probably close to or over $100 each before. (That being the amount to get them to where you only need to make one payment to extend service for a year, and with the phones being only rarely used.) Is there any way to get these balances back at all?

You can try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.

Usually Tmobile prepaid can't be refunded according to the terms and conditions.
