My account page does not load properly

My account page does not load properly for a week or so.  I tried cleaning history and settings in browser (chrome), but it did not help. Here is what I get

Can you load the page for your account in the my T-Mobile app?

No, I cannot.

So. The app, PC browser and mobile phone browser all incorrectly display?  At this point it's not a global issue as I can access  All 3 ways. Are there any chrome extensions on Desktop that might interfere?

I tried it in 3 different browsers (chrome, firefox, and explorer) with same result.

It's very strange that the app itself is not working on your phone. I can see some browser troubles from time to time but perhaps restarting the computer will make the desktop version work for you and restarting the phone if the app is not working for you.

I agree, it is strange. I did restart computer and phone multiple times.
