My account was compromised and T-Mobile is doing NOTHING

  1. My account was compromised from April 11 8.39 PM till April 12 2.28PM. My bank account got hacked and I ended up with a new bank account nr. T-Mobile is investigating the case ever since. Despite multiple request to get back to me, it is silent and no-one is caring or doing anything.

As far as I know, these companies, including T-Mobile, do not disclose any information to customers about investigations when it comes to any accounts being hacked.
