I'm staying in Japan, but my phone suddenly went out of range.　It was working fine last month.

I would like to top up my account immediately.

But I'm having trouble logging in because I can't receive SMS.

Please Help!

Did your account get terminated for excessive international roaming? 50% of your usage needs to be on Tmobile.
