Need to escalate a port-in

I have been trying to port a number from Comcast business to T-mobile. It keeps failing and I am asked to call customer support to supply additional information. When I call support, they just ask the same questions as before - they do not look at the history. There seems to be no way to escalate this problem to someone who can actually help. I have attempted the T-mobile support requests 10 times - still no port-in. 

 

Is there any way to escalate this problem?
