How do I activate my new sim card?? Tmobile sent me a new sim. No directions, nothing. I have searched all over the website and I cannot find where or how to activate it. I have a pre-paid plan.
I had decided to change my rate plan. They said I needed a new sim. Sent me the new SIM then no support whatsoever! Here ya go, good luck!
I AM Super annoyed!!! I've wasted about 2 hours so far this morning. Still cannot use my phone to text or make calls. I called them and got put on a 45 minute wait list. Still no call back. Customer service is trash with this company.
